I was not pleased with this place because when they make your appointment they don't tell you that they charge you $69 for first visit I asked them that they accept my insurance they told me yes when I get there they wanted to do a x-ray because I had a wisdom tooth that was sore and need to be pulled immediately I asked them to my insurance cover this full y they tell me yes and they was moving very quickly to get me into the X-ray after that they were asking me for almost $300 to get one wisdom tooth out I told them I asked you did my insurance cover this they were telling me yes but it only cover so much and I said that's why I asked you to get back with me to let me know right now before we do x-ray at then went to the Head lady and told her and she tried to make excuses saying that they supposed to tell me that the visit is going to cost $69 on the phone I told them trying to charge my insurance company and me for now. Telling me all what was going on is very manipulating in deceiving I am a retired military person who do not have to have people like this to play games with me when it came down to a bad hurting wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled but I told her I would take her to court that's when she wrote off all what I have been through gave me a complimentary free visit SMH the principal was was very deceiving when I needed a wisdom tooth pull a place like this that is very upgraded probably people who has wealthy money should not be deceiving to people who are middle-class and just trying to get a tooth that was sore pull I was not very happy with this at all and I have let my insurance company know as well
