This is an actual review. I am an actual person. Yes people should read all the reviews. Diamond Dental did provide services that were paid for. I do appreciate your response doctor. I am understanding you. I have learned and continue to learn from you. I thank you. I respect your opinion my dear "business owner" Thank you for your kind words. I am happy to accept any and all replies and queries regarding my review. Have a good day kind sir. I understand that I have to own my mistakes now. Yes consumers Please get a second opinion Before you get any extractions done anywhere. I do highly Encourage others to Read a few of the other 1 star reviews for this and Any business. I noticed someone else had a similar experience. Sadly I was incorrect in making the mistake in staying and having services. I am encouraging others that it is My Opininon to For consumers to Always Get A Second/Third Opinion before having any extraction performed. In my opinion Always have comprehensive multiple Xrays done somewhere else before having any work done at any business. There is no reason as a consumer has to have services done without that second opinion. Thank you Diamond Dental. I continue to accept your statements. Thank you.

Unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate.
I have called this office three different times and talked to whom I assumed was a front desk by how rude and short he was. It was actually Dr. Tom. Despite how unprofessional he was over the phone I still decided to make an appointment due to his good reviews. I called a few days before to make sure everything was still going to plan since I had never heard back from them. When I called he said, “I have been meaning to call you, we can’t do it.” I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT MY APPOINTMENT WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!?!? I’m not mad he was unable to preform the service. I am mad because he did not call me and let me know in a timely fashion.

Taking out 4 wisdoms literally took 15 minutes. I was in and out

I love my neighborhood and really wanted to love this Oral Surgeon. The convienent location, the staff, (Abby was a joy)! However it was not meant to be.
While my husband and I were at work my young adult child was able to walk to the consult, (awesome)! Maybe this is where it all went wrong- perhaps the provider was annoyed to have to talk to a patient that was 18, maybe he was having an off day, really none of my buisness either way. He was short, dismissive and made my child feel uneasy and unwelcomed and was downright rude.
I hope this is not the norm but we went to someone else in the immediate area (as bedside manner is EVERYTHING). I was very dissappionted and frustrated to have to restart the whole wisdom tooth process all over again.
Big time bummer.

I highly recommend DIAMOND DENTAL!!! I had 2 extractions ..Dr. Tom and Randy came in on their day off to finish the job. They are awesome and you should definitely go here if you need any dental work.

I found them online after searching for implants. So far so good. Had all my questions answered at the first visit. The tooth looks good.

I would give them no stars if I had an option I called to just find out a price on getting implants for my husband and the gentleman I talk to on the phone was very rude to me and acted like I was bothering him by even asking the question so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Tom has been thorough and communicated all of my options. Above and beyond in care. I recommend him to anyone! Simple or extreme he does a great job.
