Dr. Wylie and staff are awesome. It is clear that patient comfort is a priority, and they seem to have the latest and greatest tech. Oh they also have TVs mounted to the ceiling. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough. I would go here just to hang out with them.

TLDR: Top notch quality and care when it comes to the patient. They will do what they can to help ease any concern (or even fears if you have them) about going to the dentist. They are very clear in what’s being done, especially if you’re curious like I was—and have the staff to explain billing and payments. Great Austin-centric dental office!
The onboarding process as a new patient was easy and I appreciated the detailed questionnaire they have new patients fill out. I suggest answering this truthfully, so they are aware of whatever concerns you might have. I did have some concerns going to the dentist, mainly personal ones because I hadn’t been in so long and felt embarrassed! But they really made me feel good about being there and taking steps to care for my teeth.
Dr. Wylie (dentist), the hygienists and front staff I’ve interacted with have all been friendly and always ready to answer questions (they offer a text message method of communicating!).
After a couple appointments to do regular and deep cleaning I was ready to start my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Wylie and the techs helping were all very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely excited to help me start my journey!

P.s. they offer streaming services (like Netflix) during your appointments so I recommend deciding on what to watch before showing up LOL

I had my first appt there this week for all three of my kids. As a mother it is very hard to get 3 kids in on the same day, Michelle at the front was very accommodating to my schedule, and even upon arrival was very professional and patient with me as filled out all the paperwork for each child. Vanessa, the dental assistant was so great at making the whole experience very smooth and relaxing for my little ones. Dr. Wylie was so amazing and very informative with letting me know exactly what she would be doing, and making sure I understood what was going on with with my kids’ dental hygiene, she was especially gentle with my son who is very anxious and nervous when it comes to the dentist/doctor’s office, it was the smoothest appointment we had in a long time! Definitely recommend this dentist office, and so blessed to have to found it!!

The best dental experience I've ever had. From the beginning, I noticed how happy and engaged the entire office staff was. Dr. Jade was genuinely a happy-go-lucky person who cared about my experience. She actually performed some quick dental work free of charge on top of what I was scheduled for. Needless to say, if you are in the market for a new dental experience, give Dr. Jade a call.

This far the best dentist experience I've ever had. It felt safe with Covid precautions (I had put off my cleaning this year) and didn't feel peddled to. I don't have insurance and the staff was very up front with the costs before getting started. The technology is incredible and the staff knowledgeable & professional. I've told anyone I can since my appointment to come here.

Update: my god this is the best dentist I have ever gone to- I lost my Invisalign and instead of charging me the replacement fee of nearly 200$ they replaced them for free! This place performs miracles! :)
