Five stars all the way! My family and I have been going here for years and the entire staff is lovely. Dr. Disla (I’m so sorry if I misspelled his name) is such a gregarious, bubbly person with an infectious smile and a wonderful way with kids. He sang to my toddler during his exam to calm him down and it made a world of difference! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists are welcoming and do anything they can to make you comfortable. Very smooth operations and a seamless workflow make the patient experience a pleasant one. I didn’t know they have multiple locations now but the main one on West Anderson Lane is lovely.

They are popular and busy (for good reason!) so their schedule is really full - plan on a months-long wait for routine exams and cleanings. They have totally worked me in for same-day visits when I had pain or a problem, though. Wonderful people through and through. 😁

I love this dentist’s office. I’ve had a mouthful of dental work for most of my life, and used to cringe at the idea of keeping my chompers in perfect working order. But this office is full of wonderful, competent, and caring staff that work to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible during uncomfortable treatments. I’ve got clean beautiful teeth and great breath (soooo important) and I owe it all to this team!

We've been going to Forest for many years and have always had a great experience. Today's visit topped even those. Terri was very through, engaging and informative. She took those otherwise boring minutes and taught me volumes about my teeth today. I highly recommend Terri, Dr. Bethel and all the staff over at Forrest Family Dentistry. Or as I've also been known to say: "I don't always go to the dentist every six months but when I do, I go to Forest."

I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist - pretty much every dentist visit I've ever had involved a lot of pain and/or guilt. The professionals at Forest Family Dentistry made me feel really cared about. They were informative, honest, and attentive - I had to have a herculean filling done on a extremely difficult tooth and Dr. Donkersgoed was heroically successful! I really appreciate everything they did to make a stressful and upsetting situation as comfortable as possible and that my wishes were respected and fulfilled, even though it made things more difficult.
Forest Family Dentistry is the best!

The work that they did on my teeth was ok for the most part. One of my teeth feels so shaved down from a cavity filling that I’m scared it’s going to crack… but we’ll see for now. Apparently when they were drilling a previous cavity I had “fell out” so they redid it, which is fine but they did not even tell me until after, and it resulted in my bill being an extra $100. They didn’t even tell me until it was time to pay.. idk I just felt a little gaslighted because I was obvious surprised and they just kinda looked at me like this 🤨
That may not sound like a lot, but I’m literally a teacher so I really don’t have it like that. They make you fill out a consent form but then don’t ask for consent when something goes wrong ? Overall just a pretty stressful time. Don’t think I’ll be going back. Also I wouldn’t be scared to go get a second opinion if sometimes seems a little wonky here.

Solid experience. The office runs like a well oiled machine. Dr. Bethell is competent, empathetic and unassuming. I have been coming to them for eight years and I highly recommended them.

This is a wonderful office for the whole family. The office is warm and inviting and the staff are friendly and professional. I am always impressed by the hygienists, who are knowledgeable and take the time to answer all your questions. The dentists are also great and are sweet and kind with my one year old.

The experience I had at Forest Family Dentistry was nothing short of amazing. I unfortunately had a crown fall off on a Friday night and was searching frantically for a dentist that was actually open on Saturdays. I gave Forest Family a call and they called me back right when they opened the next morning and were able to get me an appointment. Dr Hughes was awesome and was able to get the existing crown to fit back on with no issues. They also explained the pricing before doing any procedures so you knew you wouldn't be hit with an unexpected bill. Definitely making this my primary dentist from now on.

So thankful I found Dr. Bethall when I moved to Austin, TX this year. I’d had braces and appliances for 8 years and the week following finally getting my braces off, my ortho from the north east demanded I get my wisdom teeth out in two procedures extending over 3 months (aka most crucial time for wearing retainers and I couldn’t). My teeth shifted ever since and was told by the same ortho I’d have to get braces again to correct it. I was not on board for that! Once I moved here I did some research and decided if I could, Invisalign would be the best option. I was still bummed with that idea because I was convinced it’d still take a year at minimum.
I’m very picky to who I trust and see as a dentist as my experiences in the past were very frustrating. As soon as I met Dr. Bethall and shared this with him he helped me immediately. His Invisalign method was perfect for me and it only took 5 months! I just finished my last tray and now on the retainer phase. Couldn’t be more excited to smile and show off my perfect teeth! Highly recommend! Staff is always incredibly nice and on top of things. Great communication and always friendly! Thank you Forest Family😊💗

I'm really pleased. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They were very open and forthcoming about my options in terms of dental health and aesthetics. I was not having to struggle to come up with the right questions in order to fish for answers at all! I loved the complementary whitening (two shades lighter) as well! I also thought it was charming how much fun someone had decorating with a forest theme!
