Had a temporary made, and was told it would be refitted for free. When I called to make an appoint (2 years later due to other medical issues), they said they were going to charge me $95.00 because I hadn't started $20,000 implant procedure and they couldn't KEEP fixing it for free. This was the first time I had called to get it fixed. The stupid thing falls out. They made me feel like I was asking for some kind of hand out. I paid $500 for this temporary.
