First, I called on Tuesday and they were able to schedule me on Thursday. Anna, the receptionist was so sweet and made sure she answered all of my questions and insurance inquiries. Araceli and Dr. Castillo worked on me and I could not be happier. I decided to switch dentists due to convenience to my house and I was a bit worried but I’m so happy I made the change. Dr. Castillo listened to my concerns and talked me through everything. She has such a positive attitude and was so thorough, it truly made me feel so comfortable. Thank you all, again!

I’m not really sure why this place has such good reviews. Are they punctual and friendly, yes. But I went to this dentist about 6 months ago after moving to the area. I was told I had 3 cavities, and also had a cleaning that took about 5 minutes. Did not seem thorough by any means. I don’t know what happened with my experience here but I’ve never had a cavity in my life, and I am adamant about visiting the dentist every 6 months (I’ve moved a few times to so I’m not one of those who has had the same exact dentist for 30 years). So to hear I went from 0 to 3 cavities in 6 short months, with absolutely no change to my dental or eating habits was a bit alarming. They, of course wanted me to have the fillings completed right then and there but I refused. I waited 6 months and visited another dentist thinking I would get a second opinion. If I had a couple of cavities I would get them filled. Sure enough - the second opinion showed not a single cavity.
They also proceeded to tell my husband that he had a mess of things to get fixed. Maybe this isn’t a common occurrence but he also felt that his cleaning was extremely lacking.
With all that said, I would not recommend this office.

It's amazing when you go to a dentist' office and realize that your time is more important than theirs...that's how they make you feel and you are not treated as a NEW PATIENT rather a NEW FAMILY member....That's how I felt when I walked in to Complete Dental studio. Not to mention Dr. Al is the friendliest doctor I have ever met.......Great place, great people AND GREAT SERVICE.

I've always had a really easy time scheduling appointments here. There's hardly any wait, and the staff are all really nice and helpful. They're so enthusiastic when it comes to answering questions and they can give lots of details too, like showing me the pictures and telling me what 'this' and 'that' means and the different layers of the tooth and nerves and anatomy and whatnot. It's a cool place.

Typical bait and switch advertising and I fell for it. I saw an ad on Facebook for and exam x-rays teeth cleaning and teeth whitening for $99. I was due for a cleaning so I figured why not I can also get my teeth whitened as well. The staff is very friendly and the dentist knows her stuff but what I purchased was A cleaning and x-rays and teeth whitening, I only got my x-rays and exam. Then I’m told I need a deep cleaning on like two of my back teeth and so they’re unable to give me my regular cleaning that i paid for! because a couple teeth in the back need a deep cleaning it’s such bull . Plus I didn’t get my whitening trays or paste. Instead I got told I need to come back for a deep clean and get a couple fillings for $3000. No thanks
