Rayburn General Dentistry

My daughter had a appointment the week of Easter and the staff made us feel right at home! They had decorations, a Easter bunny, and treats for the children. My daughter was treated quickly by the dentist and we were on our way. We’ve always had great experiences with both of my children in office.

Had some teeth pulled today. It was super fast and painless. The staff are amazing super friendly and always fun they make it a better experience for everyone.

My appointment was at 230pm it's 330 + a few minutes I'm still waiting.... just found out my regular dentist is not here . Disappointed about that. Nervous to see a new dentist 😬

They are wonderful people and very caring. They don't rush through your appointment. They take their time and make sure you are happy with the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone. They are great!!

I had a bad experience at my old dentist, I actually had three years of bad experiences. I got fed up and finally made the decision to leave. This was a dreaded decision, because where would we go? I found Rayburn General Dentistry in a Google search and called to get some info. They were amazing from the very first moment. So understanding and bright on the phone. They immediately called my insurance company to make sure we knew the details and then scheduled us for that week! We came in early and they saw us right away, no wait! The staff were attentive and friendly. My daughters even got balloons. This was such a stark contrast to the old dental office that would mess up scheduling constantly, then leave you in a room for an hour before being seen. The whole process has been easy and comfortable. The only draw back is that I have to have the whole amount paid out of pocket, day of, and the insurance company pays us back.

My six year old went in for a dental extraction, and a silver cap a few weeks back. During the extraction he was on laughing gas, and literally screamed in pain the entire time begging them to stop because he could feel it and it hurt, to the point I had to hold him down in the chair and at one point even had to tell the dentist to just stop digging around and let him breath a minute because it was so bad to me it was like they were torturing him. It broke my entire heart watching that especially with the fact that none of them felt the need to stop until I said something to them in a very rude manner. And the woman (dentist) kind of laughed at me and had the audacity to tell me he reacted that way because he was “tired and didn’t want to be there” I have never heard my son scream nor cry like that in his entire six years of life.
The same night his cap fell off, so we returned the next day to put it back on, that time they refused to even let me come back there with him. So with that being said, we will NOT be going back. I don’t waste time on reviews but I’ve been told by too many that their experiences with children is not good at all. If I could get away with zero stars I would. It doesn’t even deserve the one from us!!

I’ve been coming here for about 10 years and I love coming here they get u in as fast as they can and then ur in and out love the respect they give u they are amazing dentist

They were very informative when doing my children treatment and we didn't have to wait to long

Really nice dentist office and I hate going they made me really feel comfortable so it was amazing

They were professional, helpful and upfront about what options were available for our care. They made an excellent visit for my daughter and I plan on using their services in the future for myself.
