Dr. Cauley has worked super hard on getting my teeth fixed. If something doesn't work well, he will fix it and keep trying. The staff are always courtesy and helpful. I really appreciate his effort and keeping my cost down as much as possible.

Dr. Chappell was amazing, patient,and kind. We have a child who has sensory processing disorder and he was so caring. He made sure she was comfortable before getting started. I definitely recommend him.

There is absolutely not enough words to describe how awesome Dr. Cauley and his staff are. They made me feel like family, and if I was the only patient they had The days off my visits. This may sound crazy but I can’t wait to go back! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cauley.

My mother had a tooth come out yesterday. I called Terry County Dental this morning and they gave us an appointment this morning. Dr.Cauley put the tooth back in and cemented it.
I appreciate that they got Mother in so quickly and fixed the problem.

I needed alot of work done! Dr Chappell is flat out amazing. He can fix anything and make you comfortable while doing it. So greatfull for him and his staff, wish I could give them a better review but 5 stars do not give them the credit they deserve, just really great people!!!

Over all services was amazing loved the dentist. The hygienist though was a bit much. She was very flirtatious with my husband in front of me which I found disrespectful and a little concerning when it comes to customer service. She also didn't respect my ADA service Dog "seizure alert". She went right in and started petting my dog without permission and continued to talk to my dog which if she wasn't trained properly would have been a distraction even though my dogs vest and ID stated "Do Not Pet". But overall all the other staff were great.

But this was a wonderful first experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Office we very clean, warm and inviting.
Wonderful Dentists, they took their time to explain what needed done and how they could help. The also offer a saving plan which is a great option. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Chappell and his staff are great. He saved a molar that others wanted to crown or pull and put a denture in. My family will let him do our dental work from now on!
