My son started going here since he was little kid i was recommended here that it was a very good place. There had been no issues there was always excellent service and the dentist was always great with my son.Then my daughters were born and i decided to take them to the same dentist why be running around with other dentists and like I said everything was great always doing the best for our kids.But then when covid happen my daughter during that time started getting severe molar pain and we took her as a emergency walk in. At the door the front lady told us they werent taking walk ins just appointments and that the next appointment opening will be intil two weeks. I explained to her that my daughter was in alot of pain if there was anything sooner and she said no. I told her then I would have to change dentists then because she needed help already and she told me to do what i had to do. So then i changed dentists to aqua and there they didnt do in procedures that they will schedule an appointment within two weeks with another dentist that would be able to do it by the time that all that happened my 4 year old daughter lost her molar for not being treated on time and during all that time she was suffering with molar pain. I just really hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.
