Dr. Ha and the whole staff are wonderful! They are so friendly and nice. I was treated with care and was very satisfied with my visit. The whole visit was seamless and well organized. They were also able to accomodate to my hectic schedule, and for that I am grateful!

Very nice staff. Except the receptionist. Always has an attitude. She had to write out another doctor's note for me and threw the pad in the drawer. Like I didn't see that. Very rude. Would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for her.

They really tried to upsell me on what I needed to do in order to have a veneer re-cemented on my tooth. What they suggested would’ve cost over $1,000 and taken over a week before it was done. Instead, I went to a different dentist for a second opinion. I was in and out of that place in 30 minutes with the problem fixed and it cost me only $50.

The staff is pleasant and the office is ok.
But what is important is the dentist my husband saw. My husband wanted Only the bottom teeth taken out, then implants or something. But when he returned for his, what he thought was his measuring visit, Dr. wanted to pull his top teeth as well. He said they didnt match and some other things.
Clearly the dr. doesnt care about the patients leaving him without his bottom teeth.
The point is like the customer is right; so should be the patient.

The facility is very clean as described by other reviewers. The problem is their sneaky sales, which I did not like. I feel they are trying to suck your money out your pocket as much as they can rather than trying to help patients by medical treatment. I went there twice, and the costs of both cases exceeded what I was told in the beginning. They always have some reasons to increase your cost.
