Minus the fact that the appointment took much longer than expected, I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very kind. Katie is absolutely amazing! The soft touch she had while cleaning & examining my teeth was very much appreciated! Going to the dentist is always scary and she was EXCEPTIONAL. Doctor Hess was also very kind, informative and explained every question I had, in great detail, so I know what I need to do going forward. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone that needs dental care.

This is a great dentistry to bring your family too, or just yourself. From start to finish, I was very comfortable and felt well taken care of. Chandra did super awesome with X-rays and cleaning! She was also very fun to talk to. Doctor was very thorough in observation and coming up with a treatment plan that suited me for my best interest. Amazing experience, did I mention I hate the dentist? Not anymore!

At the beginning we were upset that our previous dentist near us just left and Ballard became our new dental office. But after meeting Jason and Dr. Miller and thoroughly explained to us the procedure that my husband will have to undergo, we decided o stay with them. The implant procedure went so well and also the follow-up that we don’t want to go to any other dental office even if the location is far. Jason is awesome, friendly and put us at ease, explain very well and so far the best dental office we have been to. Jason is the best.

Everyone at Ballard's Family Dentistry from Dr Miller on down have been very very wonderful to me. Even give me flowers on my birthday. That's never happened before. We've all been friendly and helpful and gave me a beautiful beautiful smile back. I'd come to think that I was never going to get it back but thanks to Dr Miller and his company there I can smile now and feel very proud. Thank you for all your support and making me feel good about myself again.

I would like to start off with the front office. They are wonderful. They are very polite. Secondly, I've had the good fortune of working with Jason. He's worked on my dentures on several occasions. Love, love, love this place. Everyone at Ballard Family Dental
is so caring and compassionate. Lost a crown while eating which caused me to crack the tooth under it when I bit down on the crown. In a panic, I drove up there and they worked me right in. Dr Miller examined the damage and we will be getting both teeth repaired ASAP.
Hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. I highly recommend this place

Always an incredible experience. I’m a patient at the Saginaw location (because I work over there) but chose the Burleson location for my special needs son as this ones closer to our home. The staff and vibe of the location is just as wonderful. Jackie was my son’s hygienist and was extremely patient and kind and made the experience for him wonderful. I know he’s looking forward to coming back for cleanings which is a huge deal! Thank the Ballard’s for creating a really great environment for patients but you can tell the staff is taken care of too by them.

My first visit was definitely a winner. Alysa was my hygienist and I absolutely loved her!!! She was gentle but thorough. My dentist Dr. Miller was very kind. Both of them took the time to answer my questions (I always have a lot of them). Everything from the waiting area to the bathrooms to the offices were exceptionally clean. Overall this was a wonderful experience, and I already have a follow up appointment scheduled.
