I had my first visit with Dr. Downing today and if it wasn’t for the fact that I had a problem with the tooth I probably would’ve never made a dental appointment because I don’t like going to the dentist they terrify me! I found everything and I do mean everything to be pleasant and calming. From the lady at the front desk that helped me out to the nurse for Dr. Downing who was absolutely fabulous and then Dr. Downing his self that I really did like!! By the time I left the team had formed out my dental plan and Nikki had checked my insurance and I knew exactly what I needed to pay and when my treatments can get started. A big thumbs up for this group at this point I’m looking forward to going back!! I

I’ve been using Dr. Bratcher, as my dentist with Legacy Dental Group for approximately 25 years now and they have always been very good to me. Dr. Bratcher is very professional and honest but he is also kind and compassionate, as well as patient. He will take the time to answer all of your questions. Also, I cannot say enough about his level of skill. If you want it done right and you want it to look good at the same time, go see him. The rest of the staff are just as wonderful. If the ladies at the front desk aren’t able to answer your phone call, they always get back to you promptly, and in my experience, that's a rare quality these days, so it is refreshing when it happens. The dental hygienist and dental assistants have been nothing but professional and courteous and are always willing to answer questions and are very proactive in helping me to meet my dental needs. I would like to personally mention Shelby, the dental hygienist I saw at my last cleaning in September 2022. I had a couple of little stains on my teeth that I was unable to get off by myself, and she took just a couple of extra minutes and worked on it until she got them off. I am very grateful to her for that. In my opinion, she went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about Legacy dental group. They get an A+ in all criteria.

Just want to thank Samantha for her patience in explaining why I had to pay for my routine visit. Very thorough and gentle with my cleaning. She listened and understood my angst over my situation and gave me some ways to make my dental care more affordable. Called my insurance company when I got home and they are going to reimburse me for my out of pocket expense. She a keeper.

I never have to wait. Shelby is an awesome hygienist. She takes great care of me and is so efficient. She even remembers what we talked about in my last visit. Great personalized service. Dr. Bratcher is cool too. They make the dentist enjoyable.

Our family have been patients of Legacy Dental for almost 20 years. Our son only knows this dentist office. The entire staff are always friendly and accommodating. This practice genuinely cares about your teeth and overall health. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This was my first visit and it was awesome. Friendly people Shelby cleaned my teeth and it went great. Always worrisome when finding a new dentist and so glad we found this practice. My husband has been several times himself and has nothing but good things to say.

I was not even a patient at Legacy Dental Group when my crown came off. Since I had just moved, I could not go to my old dentist. They fit me in the day I called and took care of everything. They were professional, kind, and courteous. I am very impressed with Legacy and will make them my new family dentist.

Took my mom in for her appt. today and everyone was so polite and had empathy for my mom due to her Parkinson’s and back issues, they made sure she was comfortable in the chair with pillows and moved things around to enable her to get her walker in easier. They went above and beyond to make her comfortable, along with performing in a professional manner.

I'm not one to like or enjoy going to the dentist but today at Legacy Dental & Dr Downing may have just changed my mind. I always ask for gas because my anxiety is off the charts when going to the dentist. So I took my anxiety meds & received my gas then Dr Downing ( a soft spoken gentle man) proceeded with removing one crown and replacing with a new one. He & his assistant started talking about daily events & before you know it I was all wrapped up in what they were talking about that I had completely forgotten that I was even at the dentist office. They were relaxing & down to earth. I'm actually thinking I may try no gas next time 😅. I'm really glad I went there.

I really liked my experience so far. DR. H listened to my concerns and was super nice. I felt no judgment and most importantly... I didn't feel like my appointment was rushed through. I have alot of anxiety but felt very relaxed and I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. Shout out to the dental assistant, too. I didn't catch her name but... super sweet lady. Thankyou.
