For what it’s worth, I loved this office when I went in. Everyone there was very friendly and personable. Why I am rating 1-star now is because I have been trying to get an appointment for almost a year now and have yet to hear back. I’ve called numerous times, left voicemails, and utilized their online portal to try and get someone to get back to me. Then I get a slap in the face with their automated message 3 days after my last email attempt telling me I’m overdue on an appointment. I know!!! Can’t wait any longer so am moving to a new dentist who actually responded to my emails.

Amazing dentist and staff! Patients are treated like family so you don't have to worry about unnecessary treatment. They take their time with you and really care about your oral health. Dr. Garcia does beautiful work at competitive pricing. Cozy office that makes it feel like home.

What a WONDERFUL office!! They were so warm and friendly I forgot I was nervous about actually being at the dentist!! Dr. Vittetoe is very good at explaining what is going on with my mouth, and gentle when actually working on me!! I HIGHLY recommend these great people!! BEST DENTIST IN CARROLLTON!
