Dr. Bui, Christina, and the whole team here at Family Tree Dentistry are the best! I used to hate going to the dentist, but ever since I started coming to Family Tree I actually started to enjoy going to dentist! I even schedule additional visits so I can smile confidently! Friendly, professional, thoughtful, sweet, amazing people!

Everyone is always so friendly! I've always been afraid of the dentist, but they make you feel like family here. I had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed & it was still an enjoyable experience at the dentist. 10/10 would recommend.

Cristina did a wonderful job with my teeth cleaning. Family Tree Dentistry always does a great job. Clean facility, great staff, and great service. They also have good protective steps in place for Covid. Thank You Cristina💗!!

I've been going to Dr. Bui since I was a teenager and still continue to do so after 10+ years. The staff is amazing and friendly and they know every single person that walks through their doors. The service is fast, thorough, and personalized and as nervous as I get for my appointments, they always make me feel comfortable.
I have beautiful, straight, clean teeth now that I am confident about and they've been there for me every step of the way!

Family Tree Dentistry/ Dr. Bui are ** the creme de la creme!** I have been seeing them for 7 yrs.
The staff Is by far the most professional, and caring
from the time your greeted at the door to the front counter and into the chair for treatment.
The dental assistants and hygienist also are the BEST!!!...

THIS IS EXTREMELY DISHONEST PLACE! I don't know how she got all these good reviews. I would give 0 if I have an option.

Long story short, Dr. Bui said my daughter has 4 cavities which require fillings. I went to three other dentists for second opinions, they all said my daughter's teeth are perfectly healthy and no cavities what so ever! I was also told putting fillers on perfectly healthy teeth are not only
unnecessary but it can cause a lot of problems later on my daughter's life.

I am truly glad that I took time to seek other dentists for second opinions

This is the detail version:

I took my daughter who is 16 years old to Family Tree Dental to get a routine dental cleaning since this place was closer to my house and reviews were good.

Dr. Bui examed my daughter's teeth briefly and stating my daughter has 4 cavities which requires filling. No explanations or discussing about treatment options. Dr. Bui rush out to next customer. Her hygienist was only interested to pushing for making appointment to get fillings. I WAS SHOCKED. My daughter has been getting dental cleaning twice a year since she was 6 and last one was just little over 6 months ago at the dental clinic in Carrollton. All those time, I was told my daughter's teeth are in very good condition.

How can she develop 4 cavities little over 6 months?
I requested more time with Dr. Bui to get explanations but I was told she was too busy. Her office manager was giving me advise on my daughter's teeth conditions. When I ask her if this office manager has license to practice, she said no.
When I request copy of that day's medical records, she said I need to pay for records. I had to pay $25 for same day record.I waited another hour in the office to have more time with Dr. Bui but she never came out . She later call me at my home and apologized me that she was too busy that day to take time to explain. She still said my daughter has four cavities. This time, she added that my daughter's cavities are in early stage.

I took time to take my daughter to my daughter's orthodontist, and two other dentists for second opinions. All three dentists said my daughter's teeth conditions are perfectly healthy. No signs of cavities what so ever!!
They were saying that there are few very business minded and dishonest dentists out there. I think Dr. Bui is one of them...At least in my daughter's case.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bui, Kristi, Leah and the rest of the team. I’ve had everything from cleanings, root canals, and Invisalign treatment done at Family Tree and now have an awesome new smile thanks to them. The front office explained the costs in detail before and after each visit so there were no surprises financially. All in all, they are a really great dental group. They are extremely accommodating with appointments and availability. I really appreciate the quick and genuine service they provide. Highly recommended!

My wife went here last week before Thanksgiving due to a filling that came out and out of a handful of dentists called, this was the only one not on an automated service. She was able to get a same day crown and was treated very well by the staff. The dentist was super gentle and so was her assistant. It was so nice to have such care for my wife. In fact, she loved it so much she made a second visit for a cleaning and evaluation, which also went very well. My wife now has a few things she can get taken care of, knowing she is in super great hands with this office. Gentle, caring, no videos to stare at instead of receiving dental care....you dentists in the HEB area know who you are! So very impressed and very happy to call Family Tree Dentistry our dentist.

Probably the best experience I have had at the dentist. Office was super nice and clean. The staff were so sweet, especially Karl and Polly. I was a new patient and my appt was late in the afternoon. I ended up being that last patient there before they closed and they took their time and did not rush to get me out of there! Dr. Bui was exceptionally nice and very informative. He broke everything down for me and gave me a ton of options. I was very pleased with this office and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

We have been patients of Drs. Bui and Lloren for close to ten years. The care that is shown to us and our children at every checkup and/or procedure is exceptional. The office is bright and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We are always kept well informed of the health of our teeth and treated with respect in decision making for treatment plans. We highly recommend this office to anyone!
