I went in today to inquire about a service I needed. The receptionist were rude and unhelpful. There were two receptionist who both stayed on the phone most of the time. The office and parking lot was empty and I was the only person in the waiting area the whole time I was there. The dental assistant came to offer assistance after I had been sitting there for 30 minutes. She said she could help me right away. At this time one of the receptionist decided to stop what they were doing to insure I was not assisted today. I have had my teeth cleaned here before and that is the reason I went back. Its really sad that people work in healthcare and helping positions and choose work against the people in need of their services. Good thing there are other dental offices with much better customer service close by. This experience has opened my eyes to reviews. I will be checking from now on.

Went in for tooth pain and was sent to another dentist for possible root canal. Was told that would not be possible, tooth was going to have to be removed. So was quoted over $4,300 for removal and bridge which I paid and scheduled quickly to start Was told it would be a couple of weeks before new bridge came in. Was called about 10 days later and was offered an appointment 30 days later! I stated that now that you have my money, no urgency to see me, and I was not important. Told me not to feel that way, but offered nothing else. Then received a text the following day stating my crown was in and they had an opening the following day. Like they had no idea they called the day before. Went in and had bridge installed, and at end of procedure Dr. left the assistant to make sure it was complete. I ask to talk to the Dr and was told to wait in the lobby and after 15 minutes when he never came to talk to me, I left. Have not heard from him or anyone in the office to date!!!! Got my money and then didn't care!!!!!

Dr Williamson and staff were very friendly today and he took the time to explain details concerning my recent root canal, before fitting my new crown. Have had the pleasure of using Dr Williamson for the past 15+ years with exceptional results every time!!

I do not recommend this office. Initially both my husband and I went to see Dr Williams. My husband felt the dentist was incompetent and was extremely unsatisfied. He felt the dentist did more harm than good. I continued to go for bi yearly cleanings. I hadn’t needed any other dental attention than that. Last year I was newly pregnant and inquired about having my two front teeth that are implants redone for cosmetic reasons. A procedure that I would pay out of pocket for. After doing some research I realized it would be best to have them done by someone who specializes in cosmetic work. When I went for my cleaning the dentist asked me if I still wanted to have my two front teeth done. I told him that I did but I was going to go to someone that specialized in cosmetics. He got an attitude and said you know we do that here. I thought that was extremely weird but let it go. After I had my baby I called to schedule my cleaning and thought it was odd that I hadn’t received any reminders but chalked it up to being pregnant. That’s when the receptionist informed me but they were no longer seeing me because I was going to possibly get work done by another dentist. The reception is then went on to say it was against the law. I find that very hard to believe. Needless to say I should have found a new Dentist a long time ago. I just got done at my new dentist appointment and realized how much more thorough they are. I guess in this case I should have listened to my husband!!!

Super helpful to begin with, but are not understanding with first time patients, or if something happens. And apparently if you miss your first appointment with them they will not reschedule you, it would have been nice to know that from the beginning, definitely not informed properly when it came to their rules.

I am 34 yrs old with beautiful teeth that have had routine cleanings all my life and orthodontic care. I have only had 2 slight cavities and was having pain on a back molar chewing on things that were hard. He said I probably had a slight crack in tooth and wanted to drill out my tooth and a possible crown?! And give me a bite guard for clenching at night. I was mortified because I have never had anything remotely serious done to my teeth. He didnt explain the procedure. He said, "I'm one of the more conservative dentists in the area." I was highly nervous and they said he could not explain it to me before he did the procedure because there wasnt time. They were going to charge me 300 something dollars for the bite guard and I told them I got one frrom Walmart and they said he may not do the procedure because of me not buying it from them. The staff was not pleasant. By that point, too many red flags went up, and I walked out. A dentist that could care less to explain things to you or deny you because of a purchase, to me, is all about money. And we had great dental insurance. Another dentist filed my teeth down because of my bite and I havent had any more sensitivity. This guy wanted to drill into my beautiful virgin molar. I would steer clear of this place. Matter fact, I would run as far as possible from this place.

Wonderful staff! Don't have to wait very long before your name is called, the staff are excellent, and very friendly. What I love are the reminders which is so helpful and for sure you won't miss your app.

Could not schedule an appointment because I cancelled twice. Guess what.....life can be demanding. Very petty. I am happy to take my business elsewhere.
