I just recently went to Affordable Dentist in Crowley and from the min I walked in until I left I felt like I was noticed, like they cared about my concerns. Bacardi the finance girl went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The whole staff is just amazing .Very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Jessica was so helpful during my visit today. She did a wonderful job relining my dentures. Thank you so much! What a great team this place in Crowley has. I have always left extremely pleased with the work and the way they offer such a pleasant experience. I am really impressed with the entire staff here in Crowley. From the day I stepped into that office to ask questions until this very moment when all of my teeth have been removed, new posts implanted into my bones, and temporary dentures inserted into my mouth. Dr. Jean Gwo is so gentle and was excellent how she communicated with me during the entire procedure to provide me a level of comfort unsurpassed. Jessica was with her all of the way assisting with everything, holding my hand, both of them making sure I was taken care of. Erika did a wonderful job making the impressions (upper/lower) so the temporary dentures now fit so well and don't cause additional pain. Bacardi was there right at the front when I first stepped in and has been there for me all the way through providing me detailed explanations of how things work and operate. Talk about team work, this team is the best of any organization that I have seen in many years. Erica was so helpful today. Dr. Gwo and her have been so nice helping me with my new teeth and getting the right fit. The entire group there in Crowley is top shelf.

I would not recommend this place. I wasted 45mins of my life, sitting in the waiting room and was not acknowledged to when I would be seen. Very poor customer service. I am actually glad that I wasn’t called back I seen enough in the waiting room to know that I needed to walk out. So thank you for your poor customer service.

I had the worst experience I ever had at a dentist office! Beware the free X-rays or $59 X-ray and cleaning coupon is a SCAM! After my X-rays a rude young female dentist came in the room I was in and proceeded to tell me right away “Ooooh it looks bad!” “You are going to probably lose those teeth!” I asked if I could get a second opinion from a family member that’s a dentist and if I could have copies of the X-rays.They said that it would be $300 to do that in a threatening tone!! I told her that the X-ray person Had told me that I could certainly have copies.But just then a supervisor came when I asked that and said ,in a rude manner, that she didn’t and then changed it to she made a mistake. I don’t know if it’s legal for them to not let you have copies of your X-rays, but I will find out.In any case, I was escorted out very rudely and unprofessional. Very rude dentist and supervisor. I guess I was mistreated because I didn’t have insurance. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone of my experience there. I also overheard a dentist tell a mother she could not do other necessary work on her child because the insurance didn’t cover it. Affordable Dentist? I don’t think so!!! Horrible experience. Stay away!
