These guys were awesome with my 1 yr old. The Tech went above and beyond to make my little one feel comfy! I just have a super hard time getting them to return my phone calls concerning scheduling, payment etc. I leave voicemails (I've been waiting for over a week now.) and my calls aren't returned... it's extremely frustrating. I understand they're busy..... Sigh.

I have had excellent experiences with the dentist, hygienist, and receptionist here. They are all kind and professional and not pushy. The dentist took the time to educate me on a procedure without making me feel stupid for asking questions. Much better experience than my last dentist.

The staff at Dalhart Dental Clinic is unbelievable. They take all measures to make sure their patients feel comfortable in the office, understand and have a say in their dental health, and leave with the best treatment possible. Jennifer greeted my family and was very informative, the hygienists did a great job with our cleanings, and Dr. Dunham finished our visit with a good check and a bit of ongoing dental health advise. Asked if they took a secondary insurance, they said yes. Gave them the paperwork. Five months later found out they were not part of this specific plan when I wanted to use this as a secondary plan. Wish they had given me correct information earlier - I would have chosen a different dentist before receiving treatment. Note - they were given a copy of the secondary insurance card at the time - and accepted it.

Great office and staff. We recently had our 3 year olds teeth cleaned and two cavities fixed and they were excellent with her! It was a great experience!
