Children's Health Dentistry

Horrible experience for myself and my 6 year old special needs child. Their procedure just to do a check up was barbaric. Being a speciality clinic they should have known better not to wrap him in a cloth. He has sensory issues. You just dont force yourself in his mouth to see cavities.
Why on earth no one explained this before the visit is a mystery. I was so scared something will happen to me or my child - seeing him helpless and crying for me. They should have made this a pleasurable experience NOT a nightmare for us.

This may seem trivial to some but I'm super annoyed about this. My son took a Baseball to the face last week and had immediate oral surgery at Children's Hospital. The staff was fantastic allowing us to be with our son through the process, and even had me in the surgery room with him to keep him calm. We called and scheduled his follow up here at Children's Dentistry so we could see the same people that did the surgery, as opposed to going to our normal pediatric dentist. My wife and I took the day off to be here with him as this entire event his been traumatizing for our little guy.

We got here at 9:50 for our 10:00 appointment, and were called back at 10:30-ish (typical doctors office protocol it seems like). They finally call our name and we start to head back, only to be greeted by the nurse at the door to tell us only one parent is allowed back with their child. Why not let people know these things on the phone when they book an appointment. I get it, there are plenty of other things being discussed on the phone, but setting expectations beforehand could really help eliminate confusion and frustration. One of us could have stayed at work today and the other gone to the doctor. So we've now wasted a work day sitting in the waiting room.

I was very happy that they accepted my son at the last minute due to a toothache but oh my gosh. It was roaches crawling, they used and old car seat to strap my baby down and when they went to numb his mouth he could feel EVERYTHING and he FOUGHT and cried I literally cried myself and would of preferred to him to be put to sleep. As we left I got not one copy of paperwork. Nothing I signed, how to care for his tooth, what he can and can’t eat, what meds to take nothing. I called back and only got voicemail and still no call back. I’m extremely upset. Everyone seemed confused about their jobs.

Phenomenal staff! Works amazing with kids. They filled my 2 year old daughters cavity and they did wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone! If you have a small child that needs dental work this is the place! Now sometimes they do have a long wait but if you call and ask about cancellations you can get in sooner.

Thank you to the dentist and staffs that help my child procedure goes smoothly. This place is clean and very professional people that works here.

This place it’s very very professional but Dr. Pace and Rn Lynn makes it fall completely apart by their demeanor... they seem to forget that people are paying for a service provided by them.

The rest of the staff it’s very friendly and helpful
The first time I came here was very difficult to find and when you try to call the phone just rings and rings.

Maybe next time it will be a better experience

THIS is the place to go! I have never seen such outstanding patience across the board (from every single member of staff) they definitely exceeded my expectations!

Horrible. After driving 3 hrs to get there, they claimed we shouldn't have been scheduled today.

Si tuviera opción de darle menos 0 estrellas lo haría , no se merecen ni una sola de las estrellas, para sacar cita en este lugar necesitas años para que te programen una y ponen cualquier excusa para no atenderte pronto no saven tratar con niños especiales es horrible no pierdas tu tiempo en este lugar vete a otro dentista donde si te atiendan bien, y donde le den prioridad alos niños no alas necesidades de los dentistas, pésimo servicio los doctores no te atienden las tipas de la recepción son pésimas personas, y groseras hasco me dieron no parece ser clínica de childrens, nada que ver con childrens, esta clínica no es de childres solo están patrocinados como otras clínicas que se quieren hacer ver bien gracias al patrocinio de childres.
