The best dentist and staff I have experienced in years! The staff is so professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Rouhani is very caring and gentle! My new dental family!!! ++++AAA++++

I was looking for a good and friendly dentist who don't charge people for nothing!!! Guess what?? I found this office about a year ago! He and his staff are the best! I live about an hour from his office but it worth a driving! I highly recommend them!!:)

The staff was extremely nice over the phone. The receptionist took my info over the phone while I was on my way there. Even called me back to verify my insurance. When I got to the office they were even nicer. After xrays, it took the dentist 15 mins to pull my tooth. The whole process was speedy & an overall good experience for me. I'm a big baby so the nurse talked me threw the whole process. I'm going to continue going here bc the customer service over the phone alone had me sold!!

I came into Dental Attraction this morning 4/15/19 in a LOT OF PAIN. But being i was new patient and had no appointment they took me anyhow. Immediately they were so concerned about the pain i was in that they took me straight back and began the exam process. I felt like someone really cared about me a a person not just another patient. Thanks to all the staff and crew and Dr Songi. If i spelt or got the name wrong my apologies. I will call you my guardian dental angels. But the lady that reminded me of actress Beverly D Angelo. I forgot to get your autograph. Lol. In all seriousness you were excellent in delivering not just great wonderful dental service but the aspect of delivering supurb above and beyond customer service . With almost the spiritual truth of how a man would sacrifice for his friends. Thanks to you all so much from the bottom of my heart. Yessssss im feeling muchhhh bettttter. May God bless you all. I was Dr. Rohanis patient !!! Just stay away from this Dentist .... for your own good ... I’m having nose bleeds after he’s job as soon as I filled a complaint he discharged me and charged me over 10.000$ And 2 years of hell mouth burning .. far away from this doctor ... Do Not Trust This Facility ) check out Dr. Rohan’s background before spending any money !!!

Last year I had an accident and chipped my front tooth right before I was set to move to New York the following week. I called the office, explained my situation and they set me an appointment to get crowns on teeth 8 and 9. It was to my surprise when I arrived to the office that a new dentist, Dr. Lucy Dang, would be doing my crowns. This was complete shock, considering that Dr. Rouhani was the only dentist practicing at Dental Attractions since I had started going there. Once I found out Dr. Rouhani would not be doing my treatment I immediately tried to leave, even considering my strenuous time constraint. EVERYONE in the office played a part in convincing me that Dr. Dang could perform just as well as Dr. Rouhani and promised me the same results.
I flew back to Dallas in March get my crowns seated. They were an absolute disaster. They were way too white and large, pictured below in Picture 1. They were unacceptable by any standard. On this day, Dr. Rouhani was updated and furious himself. He mentioned that Dr. Dang should have not done my treatment.
I have read other reviews of dissatisfaction from other customers about her service.
In May, I returned to get the replacement crowns done by Dr. Rouhani. They were a disaster as well. The color was okay, but the shape was extremely off. This time the crowns were seated, everyone told me how great they looked and I was sent off. It was not until I left the office until I could see how off the shape was. As shown in the pictures, the teeth were extremely bulky and literally chopped off in one side. I returned a few days later for new impressions. After the second set failure, I was sent back to New York with temps again for a few months until I could return.
I was asked to return for the remake of the crowns and implants. Upon returning during the covid season, the office was extremely packed and chaotic. Without being seen, I was then asked in the lobby to go to the lab to pick out my colors for my crowns and implant. I want to make it a point to stress that during all of the visits mentioned, NEVER once was a coloring chart pulled out. I was asked to go to the lab out of convenience for the office and was charged and additional $400 to go to the lab. At this appointment, the technician pulled out the same coloring chart that the office has and I was asked to pick a color. A process I could have in in-office for free, if I hadn’t been sent off that day.
This whole experience was very disheartening during such a monumental time of my life. I was living across the country with temps that could fall out at any moment. I was out of additional money from having to fly back and forward for the office mistakes.
The whole process took about a year and four remakes. My crowns were so atrocious that I finally had to settle for just decent.
I formally reached out to the office for a mutual resolution. I received a certified letter saying they were releasing me as a patient. I never received NOT ONE apology. Instead they just made jokes about me being picky.

$6400 later, I still will not smile for pictures and now I have to find a new dentist to remake my crowns. That doesn’t include the money I spent flying back to Dallas for all of the failed attempts.

I got 7 fillings done at once and it was a lot faster than I expected and virtually painless! Amazing staff all around!

Great Dr with caring and friendly staffs! Highly recommend !!

Long queue as always but quite worth the wait.

Dental Hygienist, Valerie, and various office staff are wonderful! Only returning because of them. 5 stars! Super thankful to have them apart of my oral healthcare team.
