I went to Forest lane dental because I was having some tooth sensitivity. I initially called for cleaning as well but, I decided to see the dentist to get her to find out the problem she took a limited xray and the problem was solved. Dr.Shim explained to me about the dental issues and I made an appointment to get them done. I had my filling and root canal done with a temporary crown .My Dental assistant was very helpful during the procedure her name was Octavia. My dental assistant was ready to answer any questions that I had and address my concerns.Dr. Shim does a great job and she informed me of the dental work that I needed was urgent. I have not had all the dental procedures completed to date, but so far things are going well. I will write another review upon completion .I also want to mention that the front desk personnel were happy to assit with setting up my next appointment . They also were helpful in sharing their experiences . I do not recall their names but, thank you for doing your part and making me feel comfortable.

The dental staff that perform the services are great, the insurance claim personnel not so much…once they get their money they don’t care about the patient. I had to submit my own claim to my insurance carrier and they use out of network doctors to perform some of the services that are not covered so you better ask before services are rendered.

The staff were organized and attentive, expediting my visit. I have some anxiety about seeing the dentist and that was a non-issue after talking to Dr. Burroughs. He has a great manner and made me feel very comfortable, addressing all of my concerns.
In the past former dentists (dentists-in-a-box, chain stores to remain nameless) had recommended procedures that Dr. Burroughs quickly dismissed as totally unnecessary (they were only out for a dollar).
He was honest and I would recommend him for a second opinion and consultation any time.
My cleaning was quick and easy and Stephanie was very nice. I've found my new dentist's office! Thank you!
