The staff is wonderful and the Doctor is very nice. Clean, safe and helpful staff. The dentist made sure I was comfortable before working and gave me time to numb up before the procedure. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care. She is also kid friendly.

I’ve never left a yelp review before but this place went above and beyond to deserve it. I had my Root Canal done here a month ago and got the crown in today. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentists office. The staff are friendly and ready to answer any questions you might have. The dental assistants explained the steps as they worked on my teeth and really put me at ease. And the dentist herself is just WONDERFUL beyond words. Not only is she very kind and comforting, but her work on my tooth was impeccable. I was so worried to get my root canal done since I’d heard so many horror stories of the pain, but my experience was nothing like that. I didn’t feel anything throughout the whole process. The dentist really listens and addresses any concerns you might have and you never feel rushed. I got my permanent crown in today and aside from a little inflammation (which is expected and the norm), there’s no pain whatsoever. For anyone looking to get a root canal done, this is your dentist. I’m so glad I came here.

I love the detail of the treatment plan. I love how they treat you like a family member. I also love how the staff relates to one another. You can feel the love. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Originally, when I was introduced to this service provider they had Dr. Abraham who handled the patients dental hygiene. She was absolutely phenomenal with the quality of care she provided. Since her departure I continued to use them as a service provider and soon grew to have a tremendous regret.

They had at least 2 new Doctors come in and one who did a simple filling incorrectly that another doctor ended up repairing. Prior to that however I followed through with their orthodontic care on-site. During my care they ended up changing their Orthodontist during my treatment. The original orthodontist stated it would be 1.5 years it has now been over 2 years and on top of paying $3,500 I am now being charged an additional $99.00 on every monthly visit that has exceeded the 1.5 year window. I am not educated in the field of cosmetic dentistry in order to know what a reasonable estimated time frame is for the state that my teeth were originally in. However, considering that they are specialized in that field of study I know that they have done me a disservice considering their background knowledge, I literally know that I have been robbed.

Another mention is that I never get seen at my scheduled appointment times there is always an hour wait that is completely unacceptable. It is very unfortunate, that something that started out so great has robbed me and has me as a highly unsatisfied customer. Overall, it is just utterly disgusting how they conduct business.

I sincerely hope that if you are reading this prior to seeking out their service at Smile Workshop you take heed to my experience and choose another facility. Plus, if you need orthodontic care go to a facility to where that is all they do. Not this place.

Needless to say my appointment was at 4pm today I left work early and it is now 5:03 and I have yet to be seen. Avoid this place by all means necessary. If I could this would not get any stars.

Staff is amazing! The atmosphere is great. I look forward to my dental visits here.

Awesome 1st time experience for my girls and I. Dr. Renee/Rene Townsend and her assistant, Ciera, were wonderful to us. The staff were friendly, informative and kindly accommodating to our needs.

The moment I walked in the experience was top notch! My 3 kids were X-rayed, exam, and treatment plan all done in a timely manner. The front desk was very sweet and attentive. Arsy dental assistant was amazing! He was so sweet and handled my daughter that is special needs so well. She felt so comfortable and didn’t freak out. The other dental assistant had so much patience for my little one. Last not least the Dentist I love her! Never have I ever had such an amazing experience! They are my fav thus far! All in one treatments in one place! Even for pediatric.the Office manager was so sweet! She helped me along the way with making sure the ins covered the appropriate rates. I love Ideal Dental!!

I don't know what happened with the previous staff but they need to come back! Month after month it's been chaos in there. I'm here now and the waiting room is filled with patients who are standing since their is no space. It's an office located in a predominantly Hispanic community, and only one of the receptionist speaks Spanish, therefore she does most of the work. This place used to be great but like other reviews have mentioned its no longer the same. Just go elsewhere. I would find another location but my child is on an ortho plan. I'm stuck here!!
