I had a horrible experience once which made me really afraid to trust the dentists for years. I can barely handle the sounds of the drills.I tried oak heights cause of the nice lady over phone, and now i am getting dental wk done that was greatly needed. Thanks to the outstanding comfort and communication, with a considerate nature of helping. I have to say thank u to the doc and staff for helping me change attitude and appearance. I recommend everybody who needs dental care to put trust at oak heights and call. I did.

This team here at oakheights has always been helpful and kind. I hate going to the dentist but with them they make me feel comfortable. Dr. Marneni is always nice and ask if you have any questions.
UPDATE: I no longer go here as of last year. The quality of care and work has gone down unfortunately and turn over seems to be high so it's hard to get to know anyone in the office like before.

I have been going to Dr. Marneni since Dr. Crowing left. So I would say since 2012. Dr. Marneni listens to her patients. I remember coming back from college and not wanting to get braces again she helped me understand why I needed them again and the importance of getting a implant due to I had a missing tooth for so long after all the surgeries I had with my old Dr. Let’s just say I would recommend Dr. Marneni to anyone she is great.

Dr. Marneni and her staff at Oak Heights Family Dental are amazing! I took my 84yr old father to Oak Heights Family Dental for dentures (more than once since he accidentally threw the 1st & 2nd sets in the trash) and other extensive dental work. They not only took time to explain the process and procedures of each visit to him, but they were more than happy to take the time to explain it to myself and/or other family members. When you have an aging parent you not only realize the importance of great medical care, but you also realize the importance of being treated with dignity, kindness, and patience; all of which he received from Dr. Marneni and her staff.

Great customer care and top notch dentistry !! I love this place..they took their time and put together a plan for my teeth and really cared about me and my happiness! They even offer special financing to help cover your costs not covered by insurance or even if you don't have insurance they got you covered!! I recently had some dental work done and I'm not very happy with what I had done one of my teeth was not removed correctly it was bad some of the root was left inside my gum causing severe pain. Another issue I have is with the Dr. she will recommend a procedure for you and not give you a choice she forces you to believe it's the best for you. And last but not least I had front partial dentures made and they look like something you buy off wish or ebay they are cheaply made look like baby teeth you cannot bite into a simple sandwich do to them being so small and the staff will not rinse your mouth out after taking impressions nor will they give you things they your paying for such as a box I or container for the venture's so all in all I would not recommend this dental office to anyone one period. A few other things to add to this is they try and blame the patient instead of theirselves and they want to to come in when its convenient for them not taking in consideration that some people have to request time off in a week's advance in order to make appointments this office wants you to come in regardless of your employer requirements

Office staff is really nice. Awesome hygienist. The doctor is amazing as well. Little to no wait time. Doctor is dedicated to her patients and you can tell she practices with love. From the Front staff to the back staff you feel like family.
