For someone who has been traumatized in the past from dentists, I’m always nervous. Dr. Shah and her staff were so friendly, they knew about how anxious I get normally, and they did everything to make sure I was comfortable! Dr. Shah, literally explained everything to me.why we were needing a certain service, she periodically would ask me if I’m okay, afterwards she takes her time explaining how it went, if anything further is needed, what we can do. She makes sure that you understand everything, which is so nice, she doesn’t make you feel rushed. I definitely recommend Dr. Shah, from someone who hated going to the dentist and being extremely anxious if I needed to, I’m so glad to have found Dr. Shah, she is an incredible provider, she really cares for her patients well-being!

Great experience! I have been searching for a dentist that I could trust for years. After reading the great reviews I decided to give Dr. Shah a try and I wasn't disappointed. Her and her assistant (Cecilia) provided me with a great experience from the beginning. I am always nervous when visiting a new dentist, because many of them will try to upsell you and pressure you into getting unnecessary dental work. Not here. Instead, the process was very thorough and she was able to show me through x-ray and photos how I can improve my oral hygiene at home. There were no pressure tactics or unnecessary procedure discussions. I highly recommend and will continue to visit Dr. Shah and staff for all of my routine cleanings. Thank you!

New patient here, just went today. Dr. Shah is literally the best dentist I've ever been to. I spent most of my time with her rather than one of her assistants, which is a great feeling to have. She spent time with me, made me feel comfortable, explained everything about my mouth thoroughly, and was very open to answering my questions. Her staff is great and very welcoming. Will recommend to all!!

I've had two appointments so far and really like Dr. Shah. She was good about warning me when I'd feel changes during a filling and also explained any problems or procedures really well when I asked for more details! (Even though I have very little medical knowledge) It looks like they're only allowing one patient in the office at a time during covid & I've felt very safe despite the nature of the visit requiring me to remove my mask!

Dr. Shah is an amazing dentist, she is so kind and is always looking out for her patients best interest. She takes her time with me and explains everything thoroughly. I have had a few bad experiences with other dentists but I have always felt comfortable at Dr. Shahs office. No wait time and clean office. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shah to anyone!

Excellent facility. Dr. Shah is a great dentist and has a great team supporting her there. The team is very knowledgeable and are of great help. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you step through the door and on your way out. You are in great hands here at Sherry Lane Dental. I would highly recommend paying them a visit.

This has been one of the positive experiences! Dr. Shah and her team are fantastic. Dr. Shah is knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and patient. She explains every possible outcome in great detail. She actually gives options to her patients and explains why a certain procedure may/may not be needed. This was not the case with other dentists I have visited in Dallas. You can tell she is genuine and has her patient's best interest at heart. I would absolutely recommend her.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted May 9th at another clinic. (This was at another location NOT affliated with this one). July rolls in and I still have an extraction site that's not healed. I had gone back to my oral surgeon 2 times and was scheduled to go back a third time but decided to seek emergency dental care. I kept feeling like something was there and I kept seeing something whitish in the extraction site. I call the dentist here and she explains that it's likely that I have a bone spur or maybe even a piece of the wisdom tooth still in there. (This was Saturday). I call this office on Monday and ask if they could see the site and irrigate it and she agrees to. Well, turns out that that "something" was what's in the photo. It took her listening to my concerns to address the issue at hand and her experience/knowledge take me out of my misery. I will defintely be coming back and recommend this office. They know what they're doing, the other staff members are nice and professional. You'll get quality care, someone who clearly demonstates their knowledge and skills, and lastly, someone who is truly passionate about what they do.
