Horrible service. I went in for a cleaning but my insurance did not cover it. Which is fine. My problem is they brought me in the back took pictures did alot of stuff I did not go in there for cleaned nothing and is now trying to bill me. That's a scam. They could have told me I could not get my teeth cleaned so it's pointless to do anything else have a nice day. Don't go here...... About their response. If I could not get my teeth cleaned I would not have needed or done any of the other stuff yet they did not inform me of this until after the fact. And the fact they stand by this is shameful.

I went in for a deep cleaning and I want to THANK Nancy at Dental Method for getting my teeth cleaned up. She did an amazing job and was very patient with me. Nancy was very knowledgeable in providing me information of what went on during the procedure and made me feel comfortable. Will be going back in a few weeks but overall service was great and people there are friendly. I’d highly recommend The Dental Method. Thank you!!

I must say I’m thoroughly impressed by what these cosmetic dentists were able to accomplish. Also, I had to reschedule because a conflict came up, and there was no issue on this front. So in the end, I got my teeth improved significantly and the customer care was first-rate. Wonderful!
