Vintage Dental Spa

I’ve gone to Dr.Carmichael for at least 7 years at the Uptown Dallas location. I’ve had regular cleanings and check ups and have always been treated like family. My husband and I both had our wisdom teeth removed here and I recently had a single implant done. The implant process was flawless from start to finish. I had to call the office to make sure there was an implant post in my jaw because I had my wisdom teeth out at the same time and only took pain pills for two days-that’s how painless this was. Fast forward to today-the day my custom crown was placed. It took about 30 minutes to fully accommodate and place my new tooth, take x-rays, and ensure my bite was right. It was perfect. Dr. Carmichael was referred by many other Oral Surgeons and Endodontists for implants. I’ve referred many employees and friends/family to this practice due to the integrity and honesty of their business and for good reason. They are the absolute gold standard for dentistry and oral surgery.

This is the best dentist I’ve found in Dallas! The dentist is very personable and friendly and he is very sweet. The dental hygienist, Nazli, took care of me both times I’ve been there and she took such good care of me! She made all the visits very easy, painless, and informative. My experience has been pleasurable all the time and I highly recommend this dental office. I found my he best dentist for me! Thank you!

One of, if not THE best dentist around! Highly recommend! Not crazy expensive like other places, not a "cattle call of dentistry" like I think chain companies are, fantastic manners & friendliness, never feels rushed or forgotten about, timely, and considerate, overall great guy & dentist! I've been going for several years to see Dr. Carmichael and have referred so many people to him that love him as well. He's awesome and so is his staff! 😁

Impressive level of service. Well past childbearing age, I was given a lead apron to protect me while I know of several other doctors staff that would've denied me that courtesy/right. The level of professionalism over the phone is what prompted me to schedule with him & I'm so glad I did.

I had my very first root canal scheduled yesterday morning and I was extremely nervous. The receptionist Adhara was very nice and knowledgeable and extremely helpful in working with me.
My initial consult was with Dr. Charlie Carmichael and he quickly diagnosed my tooth confidently and was very patient with all the questions I had. He never made me feel rushed nor was he ever condescending. He was very kind and patient.
Dr. Bryan Carmichael performed my root canal and he was very personable and helped eased my fears and anxiety. I felt a slight painful sensitivity when he started and I barely had to say anything before he gave me "boosters" around the tooth and my discomfort immediately melted away.
I will be going here for all my dental needs and will recommend them to anyone I know.

Actually look forward to seeing the dentist! Absolutely the most professional and friendly at the same time. And they don't make you wait!

This is the best dental experience I have ever had. The team at Vintage is so kind and truly cares about their patients. This was my first time at Vintage and I will never go anywhere else. The whole experience was perfect!

Let me preface this review by disclosing that I am NOT an easy patient. I have suffered from extreme dental anxiety and hadn’t seen a dentist in 6 years. When I had a dental emergency, Dr. Carmichael was the ONLY one that called me back after hours. He was kind, personable and it was apparent how much he cared about his patients. His staff - Adhara, Leslie and every single member of the group, were ABSOLUTELY incredible. There was no judgement. They were more than accommodating and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Words can never express my appreciation for the care that I received at Vintage Dental Spa. Now I have a doctor that I can see regularly!! Dr. Carmichael, Adhara, Leslie - THANK YOU!!!!

I had my visit today for routine check up and cleaning after not seeing a dentist for the last the 3 years. The location was rather easy to find right off 75 and parking was easy underground upon entering the complex.

At first sight, the office suite looked professional and they had a fridge stocked with water for their patients. Check-in staff was friendly and a breeze to check in since I had my paperwork printed and filled before I got there.

The hygienist was professional, friendly and courteous. I explained I had a phoebia of the dentist from childhood and she was sensitive to my concerns. After some light banter, I was relaxed and the cleaning was a breeze and rather painless!

I finally got to meet Dr Carmichael who greeted me with a bright white smile! He performed his routine checks and I was cleared- no cavities! Needless to say I was very pleased!

Overall the experience was pleasant and would recommend to anyone looking for a professional team of caring and courteous staff.

Update 5.18.2018

I was in the office today for a filling replacement and crown and my biggest fear was the drilling as they needed to remove the filling and clean etc. Doctor Carmichael assured me the use of the gas would help to relax me and recommended because of my phobia. Boy was he right as that stuff put me in a "chilled" state where I was still awake but in a deep relaxed state to pay attention to the drilling sound. This is the first time I've never been afraid of the drill in a really long time and thanks to Doctor Carmichael's care and assurance, I was able to go through the process with no pain! Nice office and team that keeps me coming back every year. Thank you Doctor Carmichael!

Loved my time here as much as you can love being at the dentist. Front desk was welcoming and kind. Hygienist did a great job listening to me, educating me and making the experience very pleasant. Dentist came in and was a joy! So so nice and friendly. I’ve already recommended this place to my family, and will be making this my permanent dentist (something I’ve searched for for years)!
