I had a very severe toothache, and needed to be seen as soon as possible. I called Dr. Cadena's office late Wednesday, and was able to get an early morning appoinment on Thursday. On the day of the appointment I had barely finished the new patient paper work, before they took me back to an examination room. The office and exam rooms have an inviting warm feeling to them. I really enjoyed seeing all the fish tanks everywhere, the were each unique and relaxing to watch. The staff were all amazing, I really enjoyed talking to them and being in their care. I felt like they were genuinely concerned about my issue and could empathise with my situation. Dr. Cadena has a great bedside manner, and I really appreciated him explaining everything to me in layman's terms. I needed to have an extraction, and I can honestly say that Dr. Cadena caused me zero pain during it. He took several minutes to prep me and completely numb me before ever trying to work on my tooth. After the extraction Dr. Cadena stayed in the exam room with me for several minutes just talking to me about aftercare, and monitoring how I was doing. During my visit at Dr. Cadena's office they made me feel like I was the most important person there. Dr. Cadena and his entire staff are amazing, and I will definitely be going back there in the future.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Bar far the BEST dentist I've EVER had! I'm new to the city of Del Rio, and 52 years old. Sadly, I can honestly say, unpleasant experiences to the dentist were mostly of the norm and usually involved some kind of pain & discomfort---rarely ever a good experience. High anxiety, nervousness, and DREAD became my norm when it came to dentist visits. Well, NOT ANY MORE! Not only is the staff so attentive, reassuring, & pleasant, I experienced ZERO discomfort at any point. Im not sure how Dr. Cadena does it---and I don't care, but I can honestly say, from the moment you sit in that dental chair, you have nothing to fear. This goes for the awesome hygienist (Susan) and his wonderful friendly professional office staff. I love the comfortable waiting area & extremely clean environment. My entire family loves this A-1 rated place!

The office doesn’t even feel like a dentists office, it’s so homey and welcoming. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Dr. Varga was very thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions and give recommendations. Best experience I have ever had at the dentist.
