He left me sitting for over an hour after giving me a few breaths of nitris. Then he gave me many shots, which had little effect. One went through my soft pallet and I felt the numbing agent fill my sinus cavity. I felt everything. I was screaming nearly the whole time, even kicked his light bar hard enough to swing it away. But he wouldn't stop. Then he prescribed me ibuprofen for the pain and shoved me out. I can't believe they let this guy work on children. I would've confessed to killing Jesus if I'd thought it would end the torture.

They said both my kids had several cavities. Got a second opinion, who said they didn't have but 2 cavities. Casa Dental tried to SCAM us! Be very careful and ask lots of questions if you go there or take your kids there.

Really like the dentist. He goes at what he does & is real nice. The staff is friendly & it is easy to get in... The office itself could be a little cleaner though it seems to me.

The Dr had such a strong accent could hardly understand her. Didn't give any of my 3 kids a toothbrush. Seemed as tho we were taking up their time.

Would give a zero, but it's not an option. Office was horribly dirty! I watched them very carefully to make sure the instruments were clean. Will never take my kids back there.

First time patient and was really nervous and the ladies helped so much and gracie made it very easy to understand what was going to be done 😊 and how much everything was going to be and with me being very nervous I had 101 questions and she answered all of them with a Smile 😊

the doctor was way too rough on my teeth yesterday. my teeth didn’t hurt before and now they do from how rough she cleaning my teeth 🙄
