I highly recommend Heroes Dental. The staff is super friendly, effective and patient. They see little heroes and big heroes too! I was happy I could get my cleaning done right before my son got his check up so we didn't have to come on different days.

It takes a lot to upset me. However this has been one too many disappointments and that’s why I feel I have to voice my concern as to how unsatisfied I have been with the service provided by the office manager since last year at Heroes Dental. The office manager is very unprofessional and after being told last year that my services were covered they started billing me for it which is not a problem but atleast explain it to me. Apparently according to her, they cannot specifically tell me what is covered or not but the insurance. After making an appointment with my regular hygienist last week, I was actually told this morning that my cleaning was going to be done by someone else. When I approached the office manager to ask her she basically made me feel that I was lying and I had never requested that specific hygienist.
I have been a loyal patient of Heroes Dental and Its really a shame because everyone else there is really nice , the nurses, hygienist , doctors. However due to the unprofessionalism of their office manager, I am taking my business elsewhere because I don’t deserve to be treated this way. I did get very upset at her this morning, and she basically insinuated that I was lying. This has been one too many times.
The first impression of any business is the front staff. Heroes Dental, you just lost a loyal customer.

Dr Yi, Angie and the whole staff made my son's experience a great one. The staff is attentive, sweet and very gentle. Their main focus was making sure that my son was comfortable and at peace before starting anything. He loves going to the dentist because he knows what to expect every time. Dr. Sergio Guzman has done a great job at setting this type of organizational culture. We LOVE Heroes Dental!

Absolutely amazing dentistry. The front staff is so warm and welcoming. The dentist assistants and the dentist are very very kind. They answered all my questions and were very careful with my 11 month old. I cannot express how wonderful my visit was. 100% recomend to anyone with kids or even adults.

information, the team at Edinburg showed great service and professionalism. Once in the office I was quickly attended and always had a dental professional explaining what was going on every step of the way. Dr. Garcia and staff did a fantastic job on making me feel as comfortable as possible and and went above and beyond in my dental care. Thank you. I definitely have found my family and I our new dental care office.

Dr. Gonzalez was great! He knows his teeth and has a great staff at hand. They explain everything from why youre getting X-rays to what to do prevent decay and procedures they recommend for great results. My visits went smoothly and the wait was not long. I recently switched from another dentist office who’s staff messed up mine and my husbands teeth. Our experience with hero’s dental has been great! I was surprised at the minimal amount of pain I had compared to the other dentist I was seeing. Dr. Gonzalez was very gentle. Thank you.

I was completely and totally impressed. I hate the dentist, but wow, I don't mind going here at all! From the moment I walked in I was greeted and even my service dog was greeted. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend this awesome place.

Awesome staff, always friendly and ready to answer any questions. staff always Explain everything in detail. Love that emails and text messages with appointment reminders are always sent. Highly recommended.
