My grandma was at the dentist due to a tooth infection. She recently fell and my cousin went with her, due to the fact that our grandmother doesn't speak english. The receptionist slapped my cousin because she tried to find out what was going on. My grandma was scared and nervous and communicated this to the practice. The nurse told my grandma that they would let me cousin in. They began to lecture my grandma about being scared and not knowing better. 0/10 would recommend.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, i had been to a different dentiat early this month and felt like all they wanted was to take my money. im an older patient and during this pandemic I like to see the healthcare workers wear their masks however the receptionist at this office thinks its ok to wear her mask below the nose. big no no. take extra precaution at the front desk
