Highly upset with myself for remaining a patient of this office for so long (approximately 5 visits since 2014). The staff is wonderful, very courteous and always willing to help in the event of a dental emergency. However my issues revolved around Dr. Care.
He had terrible chairside manners when it came to interacting with me. Upon every visit he never introduced himself or spoke to me when entering the room. It was always up to me as the patient to initiate an introduction or a simple "hello" before beginning our exams. During exams, especially regarding problem areas, he was not gentle. And when bringing this to his attention I was always given rude responses. "Well you need to take better care of your teeth." "It's not my fault you're having this problem."
This was a big red flag for me in the beginning, but I continued to utilize his office for my dental needs because it was convenient for me.
However my last visit with him made it quite clear that he is not the dentist for me!
I came in for an eval for gum pain. He was able to identify the problem and initiate a temporary solution, which I accepted. After completing the treatment, he then went on to tell the hygienist to schedule me for an extraction of the tooth. It was at this point that I began to ask questions and inquire about different options that didn't involve removing a perfectly healthy tooth. He then grew somewhat agitated and began to make statements that were completely unnecessary. He made it clear that his plan of care for me was to extract my healthy tooth, and he was adamant about not offering any additional options.
While I was still talking and trying to ask more questions, he then proceeded to walk out of the room while saying "that's what I recommend, if you don't like it go somewhere else and get a second opinion."
And that was the last straw for me!!!
If you are someone who wants a dentist that's going to treat you like a person and not just another set of teeth, Dr. Ronald Care is not the dentist for you!

I have been a patient here here for a very long time! I love the work that is done and the professionalism that all the hygienist and staff have. Coming in and out of appointments with out any problems in a timely matter was a big plus!!!! Good job doctor keep up the good work;)

If I could I wouldn't even put 1 star on here. The new Dr. At this location name Dr. Dennis Care which is the son of Dr. Ronald Care is one of the worst dentist I have ever met. His work is BAD VERY BAD. His attitude is THE WORST I have seen. He is so rude to the staff there which I know they have been there for years. My daughter got a filling done by the end of October by him that was done wrong from the beginning, we went back in November to try and see why she was in pain, and he just filed it a bit. This monday March 5,2018 Monday we went to go see what was going on. He said he had to remove the filling and redo it. He did remove it and half of her molar gone to. Then he did the filling and the whole time he was irritated, banging the tools they use down on the prep tray, his face was red, he kept huffin and puffing through the whole work. My daughters mouth was open for about 2 hours. Then he did the NEW filling he removed that too and Kept drilling. I also heard him tell the assistant "I SHOULD HAVE JUST GONE STRAIGHT DOWN ARE REMOVED ONLY THE FILLING". ( I should have? I couldn't believe it)Then he was so frustrated didn't know what to do obviously and called in another dentist to finish his DIRTY WORK after 1hr and 35 minutes. The other dentist came in which I will not put her name on here because all she did was try and help, and did what she was only able to do.
This is SO sad because I have gone to Dr. Ronald Care since I can remember I am 31 and my 3 siblings have also gone to him. My 3 children have always been with Dr. Ronald Care but this new dentist here shouldn't be doing dental work. The attitude from the beginning is horrible and alot of there patients I believe more than 75% of them are children, it's already not a happy trip for kids to dentist and worst with this Dr. There now.
Please DO NOT LET HIM WORK ON YOUR KIDS OR YOURSELF ask for DR. RONALD CARE.
DR. DENNIS CARE IS A BAD DENTIST STAY AWAY FROM HIM.
My daughter's jaw muscles are still hurt, they had to put anesthesia twice, the side of her mouth is bruised, and her gums are hurt and swollen and she still can't eat not even soft foods. She has been on ibuprofen since Monday for a (cavity filling) and she CANNOT BITE DOWN.
