Dr. C and the hygienist were great in explaining my treatment, answered every question and concern I had. Stephanie my financial rep was very informative with the numbers and helped me with my treatment/ payment plan. The whole staff is amazing! They made me feel so safe and at home, this is hands down the best place I’ve been to! April was super friendly as well as Felicia ❤️ I wish I could have gotten everyone’s name because the guy who did my X-rays and the hygienist were just as amazing! Such welcoming environment ❤️ will definitely be back to fix my smile for sure!

This was my first visit here in the office, I felt so welcomed from the receptionist to the assistant Araceli and Dr Cereceres. They walked me through my options and what the Dr recommended best. I didn't feel pressure like I have in other offices. So far so Good 👍 There was no wait time may I add as well.

First dentist visit in Texas was not one I was looking forward to, but the entire staff here worked with me to make it as easy as possible. Very quick to see me too. Araceli ensured I was safe and with someone after surgery.
Updated review: Kris and Araceli both have been with me through the process of recovering dental health. Always look forward to Kris and how quick and efficient he is. Araceli always lightens the mood before any procedure I get done. My wife and I both recommend Valley Dental Care and will continue to be happy to have a dentist so close we feel good about seeing.

If anybody is wondering why this place has a 5 star review on many reviews is because they manipulate you into giving the 5 star rating. If anybody is skeptical about this place because of the high reviews its because that's ur gut letting u know not to visit this dental office. If you notice closely many of these reviews speak highly of Kris who is one of the dental hygienist in this location. Kris has always asked his visitors to give him a 5 star rating in exchange for 2oz of flourish in your mouth. The reviews are not for the service they provide,but for the fluoride they receive. Also,this place had great reviews before the new staff came in, because this office belonged to Dr.Hovel which retired about 2 years ago. The reviews were his. Since Dr. Hovel retired this place has had many Doctors and a new staff. The name was changed of course but the reviews stayed. The current doctor is not attentive to questions or concerns about the patients. Instead, the doctor briefly comes in and out after the visit. For everyone who reads my review I hope you notice the sketchy routine this place has. For example, this place wants to speed up the process for everything they recommend you need. Why? There's a process for everything,why do they want to rush you into having work done if you are not feeling pain? In my experience,this place is running on a routine and this routine is conning people into spending money on things they don't need. If anybody reads this please be careful when you visit, because I wouldn't be writing this if I hadn't gone through bad experiences here in the last two years.

Earlier today I just had my first visit here and was very impressed! They were very welcoming and professional. I felt very welcomed and safe all thanks to one of the staff there Saira.she was really help full. I highly recommend Valley Dental Care and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much:)

I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a while so I was a bit scared to go for a check up. But Ricardo and Kris did such an amazing job that it made the experience way better and made me feel more comfortable! Definitely going back!

Kris was amazing, he did the numbing for my procedure and WOW! I didn’t feel the injection at all. I even asked if he had actually done it! But yup after a bit I was numb. Amazing appointment with Jessica as well. And I Isabel was totally impressed.

I was seen at valley dental today and I was super impressed but was skeptical being the highest rated office in El Paso so I was looking for something wrong. But in all honesty it was amazing the staff helped me feel comfortable for someone who has not been to the dentist in years. Kris the hygienist especially has such a calm demeanor that is almost radiates off and helped calm me down from having dental anxiety. The educational tips he teaches so very modern and I went to the store right after my visit there to get what products he recommended. Ricardo and Dr C were awesome and also had some great tips. Would definitely recommend to all searching for a good dental office with staff that actually care about you and try to save you money 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
