Today, I had a tooth pulled during my second office visit - was a good great experience by Dr. Randy Kreidel. It took less than five minutes for him to pull out an old molar. After about 6 hours the numbness wore off, no pain, no swelling, hole was almost closed. Great experience.

The dentist here is really nice however they never seem to keep appointments. I spend more time waiting than actually being seen. The front office staff seems to be more interested in gossiping and chatting away than addressing the patient. If you value your time I would look elsewhere. If you have all the time in the world, this place is for you.

First visit to office. Very friendly staff. Cleaning was quick. Will become a regular patient.
Second visit on 9/30 for 3 fillings went very well. I was asked numerous times if I was doing okay. I appreciated them asking. This helped calm my nerves.
Today 11/21/22, had my schedule cleaning for the year. I'm always impressed with how everyone steps up to help with the patients coming to the office. It got busy, but everyone was greeted and registered into the system quickly. I like that type of team work!
