My first experience was cool in April, I did a follow for December to have extractions done. I spoke with the receptionist we went over my treatment plan and what I needed out of pocket to have extractions done. I took time off work for my appointment and went to my appointment to be disappointed with no service, no extractions scheduled and no apologies, nothing but disappointment for customer service. No I would not recommend or refer anyone to them. I would tell them to choose another dentist. They do false advertising. It is not true the things they say in their advertising. I must say I was skeptical at first. But, Dr. Pham is the G.O.A.T. I love my implants and I only have temps so far! I feel like myself again. Last but not least, Jennifer thank you so much for taking care of me and reassuring me that I would have no pain while placing in my lower implants. You rock! I look forward to the rest of my journey

You can not go wrong here. From the front staff to the back and all the dentist 5 Stars. I have been going for over 7 years and have never had a bad expereince. Give Dr Pham a try. You'll keep going back. He has the best customer service I have ever been to and explains everything in layman terms so you know exactly what is going on.

The Meadows Brook location is awful! Paid for service in full back in January. Paid for a night guard and still can't get my money back for the night guard that never came in. I have called SEVERAL times and emailed and as of today March 17, 2023 still no return call or refund!
Customer service definitely is not a priority in this office or with the office manager, Cindy.
