Art District Dental

I've been coming to this dental office for many years, and the staff before were friendly and knew myself and my family. My family and I always had a good experience going to Dr. Wear. Unfortunately, due to the new staff, we've been getting billed from old visits back in 2017 or 2018. We found that really ridiculous because they never told us this during our visits. We never have bills being sent to our house before because we always pay it there at the visit. There was an incident that the office staff claimed that I've never paid for my "professional teeth whitening kit" back in 2018. I was confident enough to know that I had paid for that kit that day I had received it. I had to look back on my 2018 credit card statements just to prove to them. This was never the issue before with the previous staff members. These new office staff are just digging through our previous appointments, claiming that we never paid even though they, themselves, were not working there at that time. Now, we are being sent bills from our appointments from 2018. It's a hassle for us to prove that we paid our balance and especially when we have different cards now. Unfortunately, my family and I will not continue to visit Dr. Wear due to the obxious "unpaid" billings and charging us late fees even though we have never received paper billings from them before.

I had 3 fillings that needed to be re-done, i told Dr. wear about my pain concerns and severe sensitivity issues when a previous dentist did the fillings.
He was very accommodating during the nearly 2 hour procedure (right before the holidays!) and kept making sure I was comfortable. The assistant was also very nice!

I had little sensitivity this time around so very pleased overall, thanks!

My wife and I went to Art District Dental after some careful consideration of a few options and were very pleased. Very professional staff (Hygienist Andie, assistant Adan, and Dr. Wear), friendly, and thorough. Our teeth look and feel great - there was careful attention to every part of our experiences (even the parts we usually dread) and overall we feel lucky to have found a great dentist/dental office in Fort Worth.

I always feel welcome here. I was gone from this service for an entire year last year due to not having dental insurance, and when I returned, everyone remembered who I was. It was a nice feeling for sure. Dr. Wear and his staff are ALL caring and personable and remember you by name. They don't suggest extra work or unnecessary services to do that will cost you a lot of money. They do all the leg work quickly when verifying insurance and make everything super easy. I am always in and out. I have never EVER had to wait past my appointment time and have been going there for 5 years. This says a lot about an office and how well run it is. I will not go anywhere else.

This was my first visit and I wish I had found this dentist sooner. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Dr. Wear took the time to review my x-rays and photos and detailed the work that needed to be done. Estimated costs and potential insurance coverages were explained in depth. Everyone was super helpful. This is a great group.

Love this office! So professional, kind, and patient! Definitely recommend! Especially for anyone who “doesn’t like the dentist” 🤣. They will make you feel comfortable!

Today was my first visit and it was absolutely the best dental experience I've ever had. I was treated very warmly and professionally, I was confident in the knowledge and skills of all the providers (not just the doc himself), and I learned so much about my personal and general dental care because everything was explained to me (with pictures!). The most amazing part - I walked away with a sheet of paper detailing my 6-month plan of care that included estimated costs, exact procedures listed within phases of my treatment, and dates of when my insurance would begin covering those procedures. As a future healthcare provider and patient, this is mind-blowing and wonderful to me. The facility was clean and the location is very convenient as well. SO grateful my friend recommended this practice to me!

Dr. Wear and their staff are amazing! I suffer from intense anxiety about going to the dentist and I could not be happier with how kind, understanding and informative Art District Dental staff has been. They not only had top notch, clean, modern facility and equipment. Andy the dental hygienist was WONDERFUL Such great personality and did an amazing job. Dr. Wear and his staff did a fantastic job with my extreme nervousness and anxiety of any of my procedures. What was fantastic about them as well is their service is consistent, ALL of their staff is always so happy and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend Art district dental. (never did I ever think I would recommend a dentist!) Love them!

Art District Dental is an ideal dentist experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the office is modern and comfortable, and Amber, my hygienist, always does a great job. Dr. Wear is thorough without taking up too much of your time. He is always available for questions/concerns you may have. I will definitely be making an appointment for my husband very soon. This is a wonderful dental office in a convenient, central location.
