This was my second visit to BLVD Dentistry. I will say I was nervous to come back as I didn’t have a perfect experience the first time but I am glad I gave them a second chance. The ladies at the front desk are always so friendly and courteous. I absolutely loved my hygienist this time around. She was gentle but got the job done perfectly. She also recommended a new toothbrush and gave me a client discount code which was just awesome! I appreciate the care they have for their clients in helping them have a great experience while at the dentist and also encouraging better oral hygiene. Ready to go back in six months!👏🏼

Correction and review:
As for the young lady who posted 2 days prior to this complaining of staff, she must have forgot there were other people in the lobby when she made a fool of herself at the front office. And I was one of them. Her story is a complete lie about the staff. She did throw paperwork at a worker, and loud talked like a fool. I was proud of the young lady behind the desk keeping her cool. As for the practice, it is cool, quaint, and personable. I like the timeliness of the appointments. No long waits... Dr Marshall is very good at what she does. Glad to have this place so close.

Dr. Melanie Marshall & her staff always treat me great! The hygienists & assistance take great care when cleaning, examining, & X-raying my teeth. Channing & the front office staff are always super kind & cheerful. I never have to wait more than just a few minutes when I arrive. Dr. Marshall always examines my teeth, even if I only come in for a cleaning. I’ve had a couple of crowns, a root canal & a couple of cavities filled over the years. If there’s ever an issue after the visit she makes sure to fix the problem so I don’t have any pain. I have been coming to her office for seven years now. My wife & I continue to come here even though we moved 30 minutes away several years ago.

I’ve been a patient here for years and I’m very happy with the office staff and oral hygienist/dentist. They are great with teeth and run their business in an honest manner as well. I had a problem with a root canal done here and they were helpful and fixed the issues without extra cost. They worked with me until it was right. I will be a patient here for life.

I love Dr. Marshall and her staff! I have a deep fear of going to the dentist due to trauma from past experiences, but BLVD Dentistry makes it so much better.
The staff are very friendly and considerate, always make sure you’re comfortable through every part of the process. They pay attention to small details (put Vaseline on my lips to prevent them from getting dry through the procedures, lent me a lab coat as I was cold, etc) little things matter! I’ve had a lot done here (multiple crowns, root canals, extractions etc) and I always leave feeling happy and relieved. I never feel any pain during the process.
If you’re looking for a new dentist I truly recommend BLVD dentistry!

Dr. Marshall is sweet, kind and professional, I would rate her 5 stars. However, I chose to leave this practice because of their horribly rude unprofessional and very ugly manager Channing.
Dr. Marshall offered to do a root canal for me so she had the office manager Channing bring me a quote for the cost for Dr. Marshall to do the procedure. Channing told me the cost, but then offered a referral to a specialty clinic since there were “several possible associated risks” by having Dr. Marshall do it “tooth fracture” “an extra canal” but she said she could not tell me more about these risks and said that’s why Dr. Marshall gave me the option to go to a specialist.
I called my husband for advice. We decided to have Dr. Marshall do the procedure, because I trust her. I went to Channing’s desk at the front and told her I decided I would like to do the procedure with Dr. Marshall. Channing responded with “I’m sorry, that’s no longer an option for you”. I ask what was the reason for the change since it was an option for me just a moment ago. Channing replied “No. There’s been no change Dr. Marshall is referring you out”. I said but that is a change because you had just given me a price quote for this procedure and offered to do it for me but now say that I can’t do it here. Channing simply repeated “There’s been no change”. I asked to speak with Dr. Marshall to better understand what was happening. Channing said “Dr. Marshall is with a patient and I’m the manager here”. I asked for her (Channing’s) name, she refused to tell me. I asked her again, she completely ignored me. I said I feel like we’re having a communication issue and I’m going to wait for Dr. Marshall. I put the quote for the root canal she gave me on her keyboard and told her I don’t feel comfortable working with this practice because of how she was behaving towards me. I sat in the lobby for 25mins and anytime I asked the front desk staff or Channing if Dr. Marshall was going to have time for me was told “You can just sit back down, thank you”.
Channing later told Dr. Marshall that “I threw things at her staff” (a lie) and that I was “rude” to her office staff (who I’d only asked if I could talk to the doctor). I can’t figure out why Channing was disrespectful, dishonest, and ugly. I have no clue how I offended her, or if this is just how she treats everyone. But it was not okay for anyone (let alone a manager) to treat people that way. I feel sorry for anyone else Channing has gaslighted, lied about, or been treated poorly by. Because I’m certain I’m not the only one. Dr. Marshall spoke with me after and said she had no idea why Channing told me I could no longer do the procedure with her, she was able to do it. I appreciated the offer. But because her manager Channing made me uncomfortable, was confrontational, and shown to be untrustworthy I would unfortunately prefer to use a different practice.
Dr. Marshall deserves better staff than this.
