I had very frustrated experience with the orthodontic department here. I came in for orthodontic consultation. They did some tests, presented me options and asked for my insurance so that they can check how much will be covered by my insurance. I sent it right away after the visit. And they never call back even though I called to front desk 6 times to ask about it. They always said they will check and give me a call back. 4 months later, still nothing. What a waste of time! Imagine if I had used their service and this would have happened.

had to get two teeth extracted, wisdom tooth and the one in front of it. Dr Jones and his dental assistant made me comfortable from beginning to end!! I HATE needles and I hate the dentist but this entire procedure took under 10 minutes, was painless and a breeze! The numbing of my mouth took longer!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

My experience with dream works has been terrible from the eye exam to contacts to prescription glasses. I paid out of pocket for glasses only for the lenses to pop out and all I was told was sorry. I’m very disappointed in the ladies that work the front as they came up with every excuse to not help me solve the issue. On multiple occasions I have called they have always been short and rude. Avoid this place if you can

I absolutely love the staff here. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They all take pride in their work and they insist on the highest standards and will ensure you leave satisfied !

I highly recommend Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics. The staff there is always so nice and helpful in answering any questions I have. I love the fact that they tell you step by step what they are doing.

I will say that the front desk staff and dental hygienist are very nice and friendly. The place is also nice and clean.
Although I will not be taking my children there anymore. I don’t believe this clinic is specialized in pediatric dental care as they say they are.
After looking at all the good reviews this clinic has I decided to take both my children there for a dental checkup. The first appointment went well. That day a male doctor, I believe it was Dr. Doan saw both of my children. That same day Dr. Doan did some dental work on my 9yr old son. He started with laughing gas and everything went well. I scheduled an appointment for my 5 yr old daughter about 2 weeks later to also get some dental work done. This time it was a female doctor I am not sure which doctor it was because she didn’t even introduce her self. She did not give me any options for sedation. She just went straight to injecting my 5 yr old daughter’s gums to numb them. I would have expected her to at least offer to give her some laughing gas first to help her feel comfortable. Of course she cried and after a few minutes she calmed down. She was going to get 4 crowns and an extraction that day. My daughter went through extreme anxiety the entire treatment she cried and kicked the entire time begging to stop and go home. For some odd reason she also complained about pain during the entire treatment. The doctor said it was impossible but my daughter insisted and pointed to her molar. Also the thing used to keep her mouth open was huge for her small mouth, it was the size of my tongue; which caused her even more anxiety! At that point I was trying to stay as calm as possible while seeing how uncomfortable my daughter was. I could not ask the doctor to stop she had already done half the work to insert the crowns. As soon as she was done with the crowns she was about to start with the extraction and I asked her to stop and not continue. I could not bear to see my daughter going through all that anxiety any longer. I walked out of there almost crying for my 5 yr old, thinking about what she had gone through and thinking about how it must of felt like an eternity to her. But I kept it together because I didn’t want her to see me like that. The rest of the day my daughter would all of a sudden cry and tell me how bad it was. She was traumatized!

Never anything to complain about always great service from the time i walk in to the time i walkout highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs

Doctors and treatment were okay, but the billing side is always an issue. We've been going there for dental and eye services for a few years, but the administrative services are so poor that we are moving on.
