Lauren has been my hygienist for 40 plus years. Her skill, insight, preventive advise and caring brings me back. She is an asset to the profession and I am sad to see her retire. Dr. Chris Thorburn is a very skilled, understanding, well qualified dentist is continually upgrades to the newest most efficient treatment modalities. The various associates are upbeat, professional, respectful and and proficient in their duties.
I applaud Robyn, Linda and Cassandra. Each made me fill welcome and appreciated. Each of them were accommodating, cheerful, attentive. The doctors clearly understood that support staff can make or break a practice and with his staff I believe he will be in practice for many decades. Finally, a special note of recognition for Allison who always provides extraordinary care and services.
I thank each of you.

First visit to Dr. Cheng. Great visit. I was impressed. His assistant was very nice and helpful. The hygienist was very good also. Impressed with girls at front check out desk. First visit to a new practice in over 40 years. Wish I had come 10 years ago when my dentist retired.

I changed to this dentist office after using the same dentist for the past 10 years because I moved to this area. I go to the sensor every 6 months and haven’t been told I have cavities so I go to fort dental and was told I have multiple cavies ties in my wisdom teeth, so I make an appt and get them filled….. NOW one of the wisdom teeth crumbled, a tooth that I did not have filled has filling stuck to it that needs to be removed, a crown that I had previously gotten was hit with the drill and now my teeth hurt when they have NEVER hurt before. I asked prior to getting the teeth filled was was my portion to pay and they said it’s covered 100% give or take a few dollars if they don’t cover the exact price we charge (which I am fine with) I had the lady double check in 2 different occasions to make sure and then I get a bill for $1002 after they fill my cavities. I had also changed my son to this dentist and didn’t have a issue until I got a bill in the mail for a cleaning for $606 so I called and they said we didn’t send that bill to you, you only owe $102, so I paid that amount. I don’t feel like they are honest with patients since I have had issues on multiple times. When I questioned the bill in person a lady with short brown hair rolled her eyes, shook her head at me and walked away to talk to another worker about me questioning my bill since it doesn’t match what I have been told, what is in the system and the bill they sent me. So now I get to go get my teeth fixed with another dentist since this place can not be trusted with the billing or the work that is done. To the short brown hair worker that makes appts for patients as they are walking out… you have horrible customer service and need some training on how to treat customers. Have a great day!!

Needed my crown reattached and was able to get in right away. Always pleased with the service but it’s nice when you can get in on an emergency basis.
