Staff was amazing, as was the dentist. They were super gentle, very friendly and approachable, and addressed all of my needs and concerns. Explained everything well and educated me effectively. They had convenient availability, I was even able to get in same day. They also care for my kids and are well liked by them. Highly recommend!

Staff is friendly but the Rating is low because their offices need some updating and does not feel clean. Nothing feels inviting, instead white dirty walls. I’m use to a more homelike feel to dental offices. Also, they proposed a $400 deep cleaning upon my first visit. I’ve attended the dentist regularly for years and have never required to pay for a deep cleaning. Sent my X-rays for a second opinion and as I thought it was not necessary. If they quote you for an expensive treatment I would get a second opinion and save yourself and time and money. Glad I followed my instinct and did not return.

DISHONEST, DISHONEST! I wish I had read the reviews before my appointment. I had an exam and cleaning done, and needed some crowns. My mistake was paying in advance for services not yet rendered. The crown work was expensive, I received a better price for the same type of crown (ceramic) someplace else. I called canceled my appointment and asked for a refund. That was on 8/29/22! I still have not received the refund, a little over $1000. I have spoken to the manager several times, and her story is the same, “the refund has to be approved”. Very disappointed. My advice, make sure to shop around for reasonable pricing. There are many honest dentists out there. This. the place is not one of them

Dr Dimerling, Kath, and Karen did a great job of taking care of me. Karen always does a great job with my cleanings and explains different ways of me improving my oral care.
Dr Dimerling and Kath also did a great job with getting me scheduled last minute for a crown replacement. Both were very professional and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure.
I have recommended your facility to everyone I know. I love the care I get at this office. Everyone always makes me feel welcomed and ready to assist with any questions or concerns I have.

Stay away they are like a used car dealer. The staff very friendly but all about $ they'll milk you & your insurance for every penny. Thank God I went for a 2nd opinion to another dentist they they treat you like family & explain every option. Heritage was almost double the cost. On top of that at no point did they say they were going to charge the insurance for a consultation just plain thefts & typical greedy dental office.

Great visit and service as usual. They were ready and were on time. In and out within an hour. Was able to have Karen Daut treat my teeth. Nice experience and relaxing!!! No PAIN!!

The front desk staff was rude and talked about another patient where people were able to hear in the lobby. I tried to give them another chance only to be told they were booked out 8 months when I called for an appointment since the rude staff did not schedule my next appt at the time. When I realized they scheduled the appt within 6 months of my last appt I called to reschedule and was told they were in June and still did not have any open. This is ridiculous. I cancelled the appt and will find a new dentist. I would NOT recommend this office at all.
