Dr. Griffin is incredible! He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He's precise in his work and makes sure that you're comfortable in the process. I have bad anxiety when it comes to needles and he made the process so simple that I didn't even feel it. He explains the procedures and makes sure that you have an understanding before proceeding. I highly recommend him and his staff! My smile has never been better.

Yes this place does a thorough job of teeth cleaning. Yes they are friendly but LET THE BUYER BEWARE. They will nickel and dime you if you ley them. Don't make the same mistake I did. I went in letting them know I wanted just a normal teeth cleaning (which is fully covered by my insurance.) I told the staff this. They without my knowledge she used fluoride treatment which wasn't covered by my insurance. I ended being charged $120 for a standard cleaning because of this. I had to file a complaint with my insurance company letting them know. Very shady practice. Last time I go here!

Each time I've gone to Woodcreek Dentist, which has been for many years, I still get the same personalized care. Dr. Griffin is such a nice, caring dentist! The techs and office personnel are extremely friendly and very helpful!

I’ve been with this Dental office since the 90’s and nothing has changed except the decor. The Dentist ‘s and staff are all AMAZING! They are all welcoming, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone!!!

Been going to this dentist for many years, but the last two years, it has plummeted in quality of service.
Today, I got a surprise text for an appointment, without prior notice.
The front office was tedious to get a-hold of, and unapologetic.
They wanted to charge me a fee for rescheduling, even though their system is clearly at-fault.
They wanted to reschedule for two or three months from now, which is ridiculous and absurd.
I've had many issues with hidden charges through this office, as well, and objections have been met with aggressive response.
I chose to go here, because it is close to where I live, and in years past, it wasn't always such an unpleasant experience.
This was the last straw.

My wife and I have had a number of procedures done by Dr. Griffin. Dr. Griffin is an extremely capable Dentist and has an excellent "Bedside" manner. In the 50 years I've had dental care, I've never had a Dentist check on how I was doing following any procedure. Dr. Griffin is the first and did a phone check the day following an extraction. I recommend him without any hesitation.

I saw them before and got a quote for getting my teeth pulled and dentures. With my endurance I'm gonna need a lil over 2000. So I saved and saved and in a few months I went back and now my quote is over 5 thousand with my insurance. This hurt my feelings. I make 16.00 an hour. I will never have that kinda of money. Never.
