A few days after I arrived from Northern Ireland I had denture problems. The staff at Aspen dental were amazing. They fit me right in and repaired my plate the same day. This was my third attempt to see a dentist in the past year, and the only one who followed through with a treatment plan and follow up care. The dentist was very personable and knowledgeable. The staff was very helpful explaining the costs. I am very glad I finally found dental care in Georgetown that is professional.

unethical business practice and lacks customer support. So I went in for an exam and they found 2 problems: a growth spurt and cavities. The total came out to a little over 1k. I did the surgery for the growth spurt on the first visit and scheduled the procedure for the cavities for later. Since I am financially stressed, I was unable to pay the full amount and they charged me 600 during the first visit. Later I had to reschedule my cavity appointment and left a voicemail. No one got back to me. Now that I have moved to another location, I let the office know that I will be fixing the cavities elsewhere. I asked if a portion of the 600 I paid on the first visit included the procedure for the cavities. They said it was for the growth spurt alone. I asked twice. And they confirmed. This is inconsistent from what remember so I proceeded to ask, specifically how much was the surgery for the growth spurt. They finally told me it was four hundred something and are now refunding me over one hundred dollars. Either they lied to keep profits, or did not even try to find out when I asked the first 2 times. I would not believe everything they say and I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone.

This is place was so awesome today. The Office Manager Amanda made me feel welcome from first call. She is very patient and explains the whole process. The staff was very nice. The doctor explains everything throughly and also gives you knowledge yo understand the problems you are having. I recommend them. To top it off I am receiving treatment starting tomorrow.

I made my 1st appt because my current dentist no longer takes DeltaCare insurance. The people were very nice, and they have good technology, but I their treatment plan was very aggressive and costly, with pricing after insurance higher than I am used to. So I am going back to my current dentist and making different payment arrangements.

There are not enough kind words to express the level of care and professionalism that I received at Aspen Dental in Georgetown, Tx. I was in extreme pain from a fractured molar and with hours not only was I seen but I had my tooth removed as there was no salvaging it due to the damage. I am so grateful to everyone involved in my experience and quite honestly, I never expected to have such a good experience with something as undesirable as a broken tooth. Thank you all at Aspen Dental in Georgetown. This is my hometown and I'm happy to share it with such a great team.

Wow, so these people are absolute trash, They told me they were a preferred provider and were listed on my insurance website as a preferred provider and on my first visit they brought in a non-preferred doctor out of nowwhere and promised I would not receive any bill since it was my first time there.
Just got a $210 bill for a initial exam xray's when I had full coverage dental.
Don't go here, also the staff laughed at me while extracting a tooth.
its a big name outfit this location is horrible and the people there are absolutely bad, straight up lied to me.
I'm posting this around because I've talked to their corporate and also sent in BBB reviews over this issue.
I have proof they overcharged me as well.

I like it because I understand you and they finally fix my teeth where I can eat better and they did a good job so I give him a five-star job the doctors in there are so very nice
