My experience with Sabal Dental on Tyler is awesome. I’ve had female and male hygienist and they are professional and well trained. I’ve been going to Sabal since my dentist retired and he recommended them. The employees go beyond what’s expected to make sure their clients are taken care of.

Friendly staff. Wait time to be called in vs appt time is great! I literally didn't have time to shop online because I was called in quick after check in. I was out with 40 minutes.

I have been a patient at Sabal Dental for over 5 years. As a patient, important areas for patient/provider relationship for a business is staff relationships, professionalism, competency, skills and Dentist whom have the experience to formulate strategies and treatment plans. The office atmosphere is very warm and comfortable. Wait time is short. Not crowded. I took my child due to having other appointments in the day and was welcomed to come in with me. There was no seating available in the exam room understandably but it wasn’t an inconvenience for the office as most offices would have a child wait in the lobby unsupervised which would have resulted in rescheduling on my part and or taking my dental needs elsewhere. I didn’t have to explain either. I understand the some offices have policy’s and small children shouldn’t be in the exam room but there are their times when parents schedule 3 family appt in a day just to get it done. I happy to have to kept my appointment and be seen within a very reasonable time. Thanks Sabal Dental.
