Dr. Youssef is very caring and skilled. He helped me with two crowns and was very patient and kind through it all. When some of my dental anxiety cropped up, he worked with me and gave me time to rest and kept checking in with me to make sure I wasn’t in pain. The support staff was also very kind. There were no surprise charges or fees after the fact and I am very satisfied with my experience.

Atmosphere was nice, start are beautiful ,friend and make sure u are comfortable. Never been to Dentist before I'm sixty three yrs. Young, I was scared. Dr. Was gentle an patient, explained what he was about to do next. Had all of my Dental remove that day. A week later I'm eat soft food no problem so far. Dentist 30 minutes late to my appointment. False advertising on their website says, "crowns in a day". NOT TRUE! Dentist tells me "I'd like to take my time and get it just right, we'll have you come back." What? Then I find out they actually use an off-site lab like everyone else. I had to wait two weeks for it to come in. Hygienist made poor temporary crown, so I had to make two trips to their office in one day for her to remove and replace with another. Not respectful of my time. Had to wait 14 minutes to check out while the one person they have checking out people visited with another patient. When I went to have temp removed and the perm crown put in, the hygienist could not get the temp out and kept hitting me in the top of my mouth, and asked "oh, did that hurt?" duh. They splashed me all over in the face, hair, shirt, then over rinsed me and water ran down the back of my shirt. they all need more training and dentist needs to be aware of the lack of capabilities of his staff. I was fooled by all the 5-star reviews. don't be.

I have been here twice now to have 4 teeth removed and I'm so impressed with the service! From the front door to the dental room the service is exceptional! Dr Youseff is freaky fast at extractions ! Superb support and knowledgeable techs. 10 stars!

This was my first visit. I am moving from another dentist, and the visit was very easy and comfortable. Linda did my cleaning, and she explained everything as she went along. I was very impressed with the care given, and they took the time to explain and answer my questions. My husband will be going here for his dental needs too.

They have had some changes in Dr’s and staff over the years but I’ve always been satisfied with the care we’ve received from them. Everyone is very kind, friendly and professional. They don’t overcharge for services or suggest unnecessary work like every other office I’ve visited in Forney. I’m very pleased with and highly recommend Mirror Lake Dentistry.

I very rarely post bad reviews as I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, but all i have seen from here is them trying to milk more money out of us. They constantly harass you about braces even if you say up front you are not interested. They also found an excuse to do an extra “gingival cleaning” that felt a lot like the same cleaning you get at any other dentist. And refused to only preform the cleaning that was covered by insurance. With the amount of upselling they do, it feels like the hygienists must be commission based. I do not recommend wasting you energy here.
