This place is not a place you take your kids to at all. This is the kind of place that tells you one thing and then do something completely different when its time to work on your teeth. My 17yr old literally ran out of the building afterwards because of how bad the service was. She said they stuck the drill down her throat and forced her head while working on her teeth after she kept telling them she can feel the pain. I talked to the doctor the next day and she said it was an option for her to have a higher dosage of medicine. After I explained to the doctor that this is her field and if she knows that a child needs additional work then she should have given her more medicine so she wouldn't feel the pain. She made several excuses for her poor service and tried to blame it on my child and her father stating he didn't say anything. She was sore all yesterday and this morning. THIS WAS OUR FIRST AND LAST TIME. The only reason we went is because they do dental and braces but after the dental work we will never return and I won't refer anyone matter of fact I'm filing complaints with the Dental Board, BBB, and etc. Somebody needs to do something about this immediately!

I've never left a review for a company but after speaking with the dentist about her work I felt the need to leave a review due to the way she responded. So I'm telling anyone who's reading this review; if you go up there and here a crying baby or child, please know your child will be the next one screaming like that once they work on their mouth.

I had a appt for my twin girls on 5-12-16 at 2pm.. it took us 45 minutes to even get to the back the staff was walking around on their cell phones nobody was in the lobby but us they are infested with roaches there we're several in the bathroom and outside in lobby was a huge live cockroach! The restroom was filthy with urine in the toilet and roaches on the floor this is my 2nd time here and never again they are the most unprofessional nasty place me n my children will never go back!!! Avoid this place!!!

I will never return to this dentist office again and I strongly suggest that others do not come here also. My appointment was at 11:00AM for a cavity filling and they did not call me in until around 12:35PM. I had to wait 20 more minutes until the dentists finally got started. The dentist, Martha, injected a numbing local anesthesia into my mouth and told me I had to wait 10 more minutes for the anesthesia to settle in. After about 8 minutes, one of the front desk workers decides to tell me that my primary dentist (the one that found my cavity), Dr. Guzman wasn’t here and that I would have to reschedule my appointment, after they already injected two painful needles of numbing medicine into my mouth!!! Then when I was complaining to the office manager, the front desk worker had the nerve to tell me I didn’t even schedule an appointment! I took out my papers showing that I had an appointment for today and she got quiet real quick. Horrible place, I would give them zero stars if I could.

Google has not enough stars for this place. Wonderful attention, so efficient and experimented people how is : Dr. calvo, Mr. José.
And I’m very very grateful with a beautiful Wonder Woman I’d never seen before... Miss. JACKIE a thousand millions of stars for you... the best girl in charge. Efficiency, amiability, experience and so many of qualities makes this place comfy to take care about an important thing how is: my smile....

Great service!!! Awesome team would recommend to anyone!! They took their time to explain and help me feel comfortable!! Going to the dentist is not my thing but would definitely be back!!!

Horrible place to go. Got to my at appointment at 10am on a Sunday. Their vacuum was broken they send me to Bella dental at Memorial Dr. waited one hour and the girl didn’t know what insurance I had when I had scheduled my appointment a week before for them to have everything ready at my appointment. I left because I wasn’t going to spend my Sunday there. I don’t recommend this place. The office people very unprofessional.

Fraud! Fraud!! FRAUD!! You will get charged for dental work not preformed. When I asked for the records, I was told "it will take 30 days to process but the manager needs to review the request first". When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager wasn't in the office but I would receive a call. Each time I have called to speak to the manager, I have been given one excuse after another - "the manager is out of the office", the manager couldn't make it in", or "the manager is at our other location". I have not received a call back, my refund $$$, or my records. THESE PEOPLE ARE COMMITTING FRAUD!!!

Do not go here look for another place. Waiting time is to much! My appointment was at 10 and didn’t get seen until 11 for a 5 minute post visit, and customer service could be better after making you wait all that time. Also facilities are not keep as clean which is a no no for anyone.
No lo recomiendo! El lugar no lo mantienen muy limpio. Te hacen esperar una hora mínimo antes de atenderte y el servicio al cliente no es el mejor.

Visited A1 & was helped by Jasmine the treatment coordinator. Super friendly staff ! She made me feel very comfortable and the prices are unbeatable. -Theresa
