Five Star Dentists

Been going to this place for 8 years and I would not change it. The manager Ruth is amazing, especially when you see the way she multitask around there. She knows exactly how to run that office. The assistants Gina and Angie are extremely comforting and helpful. They make you have a fun experience at the office. The doctors are very nice and have a lot of patience.
I highly recommend this location to everyone adults and children.

I was able to get an appointment the same day and get an emergency tooth extraction. I will return for routine work and cleanings. The staff was super friendly and the equipment was state of art!

Each time I go to the office. I feel comfortable and at peace with the Dentists.

I have had quite a few procedures, I healed after extractions with no problems.

Cleanings were thorough.

Both my daughters love this dentist the waiting room for kids they forget they we're at the dentist office. The ladies at the front desk have always been very helpful and courteous. My daughter got caps here the assistant helped ease my mind. the doctor wasn't very informative to my standards I felt she was trying to be in and out. We did have to go back when one was lose or it was swelling. Over the past few months the caps have been coming off so not sure if the paste was strong enough. Overall this is a good dentist and they also accept adult patients as well so that was a plus also.

Only reason I picked this location was due to their proximity to my home and work. The fillings I got there had to be re-done twice because they showed signs of “shrinking.” I have never had that problem with previous dentists so clearly they use subpar materials for their patients.
Also, they never. answer. the phones. Every time I try to call, no one answers, even if I call at different times of the day.

I first only had a child with them but now they have both of my kids bcos they're doing great job. Both nurses and doctors are doing great job and friendly. Five star Dentists got all my family.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was wanting to get veneers done with them so they put in a request with my insurance. They waited a month and a half to send the insurance further information they needed to complete their claim. They would never answer the phone when I called and when they did they had no idea what was going on. They apparently only show up to the office 3 days out of the week. Very unprofessional. It's been 4 months since my initial visit with them to get started and nothing has been accomplished. Now I will have to wait until September to get my braces off thanks to them. Don't waste your time here.

Do not under any circumstances go here ever. The dentist is good but they need to fire their front office people post haste! Extremely bad service. If you have private insurance you get charged hundreds up front, then you get a surprise bill in mail for substantially more! Outrageous. The office manager does not resolve disputes and treats you like your business doesn't matter. Way to many other dentists out there. They are not even on the cheap side. You can spend the same at a high end dentist and leave the unprofessionalism. I hope I have saved someone else from my horrible experience. Don't be fooled by the good ratings of other five star dentals. This is a no!

The Doctors and Their assistant are very professional. I would recommend to any one who's afraid of Dentist and even if you're not. They are greatest.

I called to schedule an appointment. The young lady who answered the phone was so unhelpful. And unwilling to find the answer to a simple question. “Can you check my insurance to se how much my exam will be.” She went on about how she can’t unless she knows if it’s a hmo or ppo plan. I told her I wasn’t sure but she could use my member id to find out. Although this office was on my insurance list of providers 😑 she refused to even try.
Had she given just an ounce of effort she would have seen I have a discount plan which is neither. I work in an office and I check insurance all day. There is no reason she couldn’t even check. Obviously she needs to find a new career because working with the public isn’t her Forte. Get a new front desk. For the sake of your business or you will continue to loose business
