I had an appointment this past Friday and was not pleased at all. The staff- front office and dental assistant all very nice and pleasant. We started off on the wrong foot, I had booked an 11 am appointment only to be told my appointment was for 9 am. However, they were able to see me right away.
The only reason I booked this appointment was for a 6 month check-up / cleaning - nothing major. The dentist (male) did not catch his name, sighed when he walked in, didn't shake my hand, didn't make eye contact until he lowered the chair and only made one comment when he left. He did not bother to even lift the chair, complete a-hole demeanor. I will not return here again. Great Staff though- front office and dental assistant.

The worse dental visits EVER when I arrived took a hour to see after I already made a appointment. Then when I was in the room to get XRays I was left for like a hour and no one checked on me. Finally after getting x rays done I’m left another hour waiting. Then the financial lady comes in breaks down my work we agree to have a procedure done . She tells me to come back at 130 when I do com back. I’m waiting another hour and I’m in pain. At this point they want me to pay but have not told me when the dentist will be able to do procedure. I was done I said forget it but she will prescribe me medicine for my pain. 1 whole day waisted terrible customer service the dental assistants looks confused and don’t do there job. NEVER AGAIN WORSE EXPERIENCE!!!!!Do not go here. Plenty of other great dentist in other areas.

Love this place! Waiting time is never more than 10 mins, Doctor sees you as soon as you walk in the room. Front desk staff are my favorite. Always super nice! Very clean also, that's what I like the most!

My family had been going here for a about 3 years and had pleasant experiences. Then everything went south. They scheduled me an appointment and when I arrived they were closed because no dentist showed up to work. Well that's unprofessional. Then my husband went Monday they pulled a tooth (While he expected to have an infection) and he hasn't been able to open his mouth to eat or anything. He went this morning and has been waiting for them to open since the website states they open at 9 and they are still currently closed. I dont know if there was a change in management or something but we will not be coming back. I pray my husband's infection hasn't gotten worse and causes him more health issues. I mean really who pulls an infected tooth without any antibiotics? What business advertise hours that they are never there or dentists are never there?

I been a patient for over 5 years. This last year I've had the worst experience ever. My dentist has always been Dr. Lee. She cleans my teeth deeply, takes about an hour with me, brushes area of your mouth that you can't see or reach just makes sure you teeth are clean at 100%. I didn't mind trying a new dentist but the experience was terrible. I came in on a Saturday seems like everybody is in a hurry. Dentist took at the most 10 minutes with me' staff wants to charge you for everything' when I was told my mom with no insurance will always pay $60 for every visit since I'm a member. Today's that flew out the window and charge me $120. I didn't say anything and paid it. At least thinking the cleaning was going to be deeply. I don't have bad teeth' but I feel more confident when they take their time with my mom and I. The staff customer service had gotten worse and they don't really care if they lose a customer...well now 2. Since my mom and I are never coming back.
