This was my first visit and I have to say, "Wow!" As soon as you walk in, the front desk staff acknowledge you and make you feel welcome. The staff are friendly, professional, and patient with my questions and concerns. I was anxious about this visit. I haven't been to the dentist since 2014 due to job changes and a new insurance carrier, however my previous dentist experience was pretty negative and super expensive. U9 Dental has impressed me. I'm so happy I found the ZocDoc site and I learned about this office. I think I've found my new dentist office for life.

Incompetently ran business from the ground up. My opinion is that office policies are severely lacking intercompany communication, documentation, & leadership. My experience was a referral from another dentist. U9 told me they would get x-rays from the referring dentist and gave me a set price for examination. Upon arrival no records had been exchanged and U9 stated they had attempted to contact the dentist 3 times. Other dentist answered my call on first ring and sent over x-rays.
Legal document was a reusable laminated paper and a dry erase marker. The marker was to big to write legibly on the laminated paper. It felt more like an arts and crafts project gone wrong than an official medical record.
Prior to service the receptionist requested what was now double the previously agreed payment for the visit.
They seem like nice people, but need a strong office manager asap as they are currently failing miserably.

I have no complaints about the hygienist May is the best. Then when i called them for other service i ended up talking to a different receptionist every time, and I ended up with a different diagnostics till I reached the level I need to find another dentists. I asked for my records so many times and they gave me the run around . First they made me sign a waiver which I did, then I have to talk to the manager who was not thereby the time I went, then I was told that she is not going to be in the office for another two weeks .. I do not recommend this place to anyone .. Let me add one more thing they milk your insurance compan

My first experience with this dental office was OKAY. However, I have never met a dentist who take patients concerns as a joke. I received a filling from Dr.L and my tooth has not been the same SINCE!!!! When I chew on my right side it hurt to even bite down. I went to the office to notify them of my problem. Dr.L and her assistant laughed as if I was lying or it was a joke. All she did was drill my tooth to see if it was okay, and prescribed me medication like that was my reasoning for coming.

Her spirit is always down , and customer service just isn’t all that great . I don’t know anyone who plays about their TEETH! But laughing at someone because they tell you they are having a problem isn’t professional at all, when the duty of the dentist is to CARE for the patient and make their experience comfortable.

I advise you to do further research before wasting your time, and money.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The office was clean and I was super satisfied with my results. I liked that the doctor always asked if I was ok and comfortable. They also will play a movie or music to help calm you during the service. I noticed a lot of newer technology like actual pictures of my x-rays and a camera that showed my teeth so I could see right away problematic issues and my finished results.

BEWARE IF YOU NEED ROUTINE TREATMENT

The staff at front and the assistants were quite pleasant even though I had to reschedule twice due to moving from my children's primary dentist. We will never be back to see Dr. Luong. She was rude to our children and to my husband. Her shrill voice doesn't do her any favors, but I suppose I'm off to find a new doctor AGAIN.

They over charged people and milking your insurance policy. I went there because my tooth was in pain due to bitten on a small bone during dinner. I told them about why my tooth was in pain so they took x-ray and examined my tooth then said I need a cleaning. Cleaning? really? at the time I didn't know what to expect but to trust their professionalism. After cleaning, my tooth starting to hurt a lot so I went back for check up again. This time they said I need a root canal done on my tooth #13 cost $1294. So I agreed to do it but after the root canal done on tooth #13, I am still in pain.... I mean a lot of pain so I went back to them now they said I have infection on my tooth number #14 so they sent me to specialist place to treat the infection and root canal on my #14. At the specialist place charged me for exam, x ray and root canal for my number #14 then in the middle of the process they said my tooth couldn't be saved due to a crack on my #14. They still charged me $580 something and send me back to U9 dental to get my tooth remove. U9 wants to charge me $290 to remove my tooth after all the trouble I went through. After going through so much pain and cost me so much money for nothing I've decided to get second opinion at another dental place. the new dental place told me I could have done a tooth canal on my tooth #14 at the beginning only cost $750 instead cleaning service and root canal on #13. It's exactly my thought on day one when I went to time when told them about why I'm in pain. U9 dental has no respect for my hard earned money and milked my insurance policy. I am now used up my insurance allowance for this year so I have to go to another dental place out of my pocket to get my tooth pulled out for $250 and they even treat my infection for free. Don't be like me, avoid this place at all cost.
