I ignored the negative reviews and went there. Then I ignored the red flags and trusted them. Then I got a big surprise.

Red flags:

Front desk asked me to sign on a pad without letting me read the documents, unlike what other dentistry usually do.

Seem to prioritize $$ over our well-being. They were really pushy about doing more screening and more treatment. I suggest you getting a second opinion first if they ask you to do something you're not sure about.

Subpar hygiene practices. The X-ray person touched the keyboard and mouse and then put stuff in my mouth. Another nurse put fingers in my mouth after literally touching the floor when picking something up from the floor.

Surprises:

My insurance said my visit was out of network although the office confirmed it was in network beforehand. Why? The office had changed my dentist without a notice and didn't warn me the new one was out of network. And they went ahead to file an out-of-network insurance claim. I filed an appeal and my insurance denied it.

They billed $95 for oral hygiene instructions that I didn't receive and didn't need as an adult knowing how to brush and floss teeth. They framed cone beam CT as "just X-ray" to trick me into getting unnecessary radiation and paying more. Same happened to my spouse who went there on a different day. I filed an appeal for these and the office denied it. Bravo!

Ending:
My spouse was nice and paid whatever was billed. I got a third-party to talk to their billing office and showed evidence. They wrote off the balance that I shouldn't need to pay.

I will say that the care my son received was ok, but their billing department is AWFUL! Taking more than 3 1/2 weeks to post a check, and in the meantime receiving calls that I hadn't paid my bill when I had was insulting and frustrating. Then I make a credit card payment to pay off my account, shows paid at the office, but not at their billing department (which I understand is in a different state), and am still getting calls even though my account is paid in full. Utterly ridiculous! I will not be using their services again sadly because of the incompetence of the billing department.

I was quoted $372 for dental work during my exam. The day of the appointment they stated the person at the front desk billed my procedure incorrectly. I had to pay an extra $400 for the procedure. The dentist was the only one that seemed to apologize for the error. The woman at the front desk was very dismissive.

Also, got several scam calls stating I did not pay for my procedure. This place is a scam and just wants to waste your insurance.

I had a great experience from the moment I walked in and was greeted by very friendly staff to the time of treatment. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I had to have some crowns done and Dr Sorokolit did an amazing job! He was very informative throughout the entire process and always made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Thank you for a great experience all the way from the front staff to the dentist themselves.

Well I have to say I was impressed with. the office and the people. But when it came down to what they charge and asking for a copy of your account, you know like a receipt telling you what they did and how much that cost and they're clueless. They could not send me anything except what they wanted to do and how much it would cost if we let them do it. Still after months and months and months and months of trying to find out why they can't send me a copy of my account I've had to hire an attorney The reason being my husband paid $7500 I wanted to know where did it go to what tooth what they did and how much it all cost and they can't give me that.

These people way over charge you. I should have known when my insurance didn’t pay for what they said I needed done. I went in for a tooth extraction. I was told I needed a bone graft on a lower tooth. When the tooth was pulled it was about an inch long and didn’t even reach the jaw bone. . Know I’m out 655 dollars. It should have been less than half the price.

I must say....... I’ve used the same dentist for most of life but have came upon a situation where I needed a lot more work that needed someone else !! This place I called.. got in same day... got all my major work started and on my way to a smile with confidence again!! Unbelievably welcoming , right when u walk in door!!! Front desk girl was simply amazing with her allowing me to feel comfortable!! The dental assistant fits this position perfect and has the personality for it!!! Very easy going and calming when going through a lot of teeth work as I did today!! And to the man himself... the dentist is simply phenomenal at communicating from the start of the process until the end!!! Truly has his patients best interests at hand!! Yes I’m dying right know as my mouth just hurts but I do realize in the long I’m in good hands with him and his staff!! Thank you guys for today’s plan for my teeth !! It’s hope!!!
