I had such a great experience at Dental Republic. I was nervous about visiting the dentist, but I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. The doctor was very polite and informative and her assistant Elianis went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and answered all my questions. Overall a pleasant experience and I will definitely recommend this office.

Horrible service.. they don’t explain to the pt all the cost up front nor the benefits. The Dentist is super unprofessional rudely lecturing the pts with a bad attitude.

My treatment is going very well and I’m very satisfied with the results of my braces. Everyone is very friendly. Maria works there and she is very nice and I recommend this dentist. Everything is very accesible and I’m almost done with my treatment so I really would recommend y’all to try it.

Worst cleaning I ever had on my teeth. They tried charging me a deductible when I knew I didn't have to pay one with my insurance. Will not be going back.

One of my friends recommended me this place, and let me tell yall. Dental Republic is by far the best dentist I have been to in my life. The staff is really friendly and they go out of their way to keep their clients happy. Gabby is such a sweetheart, she makes the visits a breeze. I really think Dental Republic should give her a raise! The dental assistants are really professional and they make a fantastic job especially on braces. I have never had a problem with my visits. Really recommend it to everyone!

I had a wonderful experience with Dental Republic beginning with Mariel. She scheduled my appointment and made sure all the right steps were taken to get my assessement done. I will be needing extensive repairs to my teeth and I feel comfortable knowing that she's involved in the process. Thanks Mariel~!

Excellent & professional treatment, especially Maria Rivera!! One of the most nicest person I’ve met. Not only has a great personality but she also loves her job & goes above & beyond to meet your dental needs.

Do not go here. I had an appointment, got assessment. The people here tried to charge my credit card before the procedure was scheduled for the following week. Red flag as I have a top dental plan.In reviewing the charges, I declined prepayment. Then contacted my insurance to find out they overcharge and did not apply the correct 80 percent covered not 50 percent. They would have easily taken an additional $300 all because they did not verify coverage. You would think they would check everything before trying to charge you $1000. I actually called and complained and they stated it was a computer mistake. Again why would they try to get you to pay upfront they haven't verified insurance yet .

This dentist is the most fraud dentist I have ever came across, my father scheduled an appointment during March of 2020 after going to his appointment they did not service him for no explained reason.
My father Martin Pacheco then mentioned this to a month later that he paid this fraud practice $398 cash and he tried calling them to request a refund and they completely disregarded him and ignored his request.

I then went to the dental office in person with my father and requested a refund they then asked if he would like to re -schedule an appointment and I stated well I’m not sure why your practice didn’t assist him in the first place.

The receptionist mentioned it was because his high blood pressure was to high, which is completely understandable!

But the fact that they did not mention that to my father was not acceptable and so my father Requested a refund and they had him fill out a return form of refund request and stated it would take 30 days 05/2020 after 2 months On 07/20/2020 I spoke to Angel Reyes and he said he would investigate the refund and call me on 07/21/2020 which he never did.

I finally called today again 07/22/2020 and spoke to Pam and I asked her about the refund and she said I need to call back when her manager is back and I requested she take my info down and have her manager to give me a call back upon her return and I also asked for her managers name & denied to share that info stated that’s confidential info that can not be shared when I only requested for he managers name.

I rate this practice 0 they practice un-ethical and do not take responsibility for anything they do.

This office shall be shut down soon and will be charged in court if not settling this dispute.

Everyone in this place are so kind. Vanessa and stefany gave me the best customers services; there always with a great smile and explain me the treat clear enought. I will recoment this place to anyone.
