Well, I have to admit, that trips to the Dentist are not always my favorite vacation spots..... but if you have to go the a Dentist; make the trip to Dr. Mitchell's office!
He and his staff are first class all the way! I've been a patient for years. I like them because they cater to me. I have very sensitive gums. Yet, they make me feel very comfortable; even down to giving me a blanket, if I wish! The room is cool, the staff is nice, the office is comfortable. They pamper me and make sure I have numbing gel or nitrous, whatever is needed to "calm the baby" in me... I would not go anywhere else!

Is Dr. Mitchell a good dentist? Maybe, I did not have the chance to do the treatment with him so I don't know how good or bad he is. Is the office clean and with good equipment? Yes. But I am yet to find a business with such disregard to their patients' time. First appt booked: I CLEARLY stated I wanted to do Cleaning and Check-up. I was told OK and given the appt. When I got there, I was examined and THEN told they don't do the cleaning on the same way. Why in the world you don't tell your patients that upfront? Is that too much to ask? 2nd appt booked for the cleaning and a small filling. I get there and after cleaning is done I am told the filling cannot be done because there was another patient that had an emergency and the Dr could not see me. OK, i understand the emergency. What I don't understand is the LACK of CARE for my time and LACK of CONSIDERATION to call me and let me know of such and if I want to reschedule. Congrat, Dr. Mitchell and Staff. That is how you lose a patient. Actually 2 because I will make sure my wife and I never set foot on your business again and anyone I can share this experience with, I will! Stop wasting people's time as I know you would hate someone wastes yours!
