They did a awesome job with my son.

I've been bringing my daughter here for 11 years now and she's almost 12. We never had any problems. The entire staff has been nice. My only concern with this visit was the Dental Assistant seemed like she was ready to clock out. She mispronounced my daughter's first name incorrectly. I politely corrected her once. Thinking maybe she didn't understand me the first time. And then a second time when we got in the back. And both times she just said "ok."

Front desk people are very nice although they are always super busy. The dentist assistants are very friendly and patient with my kids. The male doctors are as well super nice with the kids and professional. The only thing is the wait is very long while you are there considering the amount of time you get to see the doctor. Sometimes you can feel like they have forgotten about you.

My kids had a great experience. My 19month was a little scared at first but after was good. Dr.hill answered all my questions on both boys.my 7yr old said they didn't hurt him .

Very friendly. Ive been taking my son here. He was 6 months old and they were very gentle with him and even great with him as a squirming 11 month old.
Even my visit as a pregnant patient was very nice. They were gentle and asked if I'm ok multiple tumes

My 3 year old loved and had a great experience! The entire staff was so kind and helpful. The experience definitely made my son less fearful.

I had to have a tooth pulled and everyone was so nice and caring. They didn't judge me and were very kind. I am terrified of the dentist but I will definitely return for future care.

This was my families first visit to this dental office. The staff was friendly, and they did a good job with COVID-19 safety precautions; however, I have concerns with their honesty and how they diagnose issues. I’m 37 years old, and have never had a single cavity or any decay issues with my teeth. My last visit to the dentist was over a year ago due to COVID-19, so I knew I might need a deeper clean than I usually have. What I was not expecting was to be told I have 10 cavities and need my top wisdom teeth pulled!!

I have had dark spots in the divots of 4 molars for the past 10 years that I actually asked my first and only dentist prior to using Killeen Family Dentistry about. They informed me that the spots were staining from coffee and red wine and not to worry. So, when I heard the hygienist say I had some dark spots on my molars and that they might be cavities, I wasn’t concerned because I have had them for so long and they have never been cavities. When they came back with the Dr. Costa and told me I had 10 cavities (8 on my molars and 2 on my top wisdom teeth) I was very skeptical. No one offered to showed me my x-rays when I started asking questions about these cavities, they just told me they were “small, and wouldn’t start bothering me tomorrow, but I should have them filled.” And the hygienist couldn’t answer a few of my questions which I figured she would know, as my past hygienist were always very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions regarding my oral health. They gave a similar story about my son, that he has “quite a few cavities,” and again, didn’t offer to show me his x-rays. They gave us the payment plans for us both and we left.

I did some research about dentists stating you have multiple cavities when your prior visits you’ve had none or have never had cavities before. Most dentists and hygienists stated you should be concerned if a dentist says you have many cavities when you’ve never had decay issues your entire life. They all state to get a second opinion, which is what my family will be doing!

If they would have showed me the x-rays and been transparent about the “cavities” they saw I’m might not have been so suspicious. AND if they were all so small, why not say they want to watch them to see if there is any change at my next appointment.

I would not recommend this dentist office. I don’t think they are truthful about their diagnosis of dental issues and I think they are strictly after your money.

Great office, friendly Dr and staff. I have been taking my daughter here for several years now. I have never been more pleased with a dentist. They have a TV in all the treatment rooms to keep the kids able to not sit there and worry. They are great at answering questions and explaining what's going on with your teeth.
